Pullman properties in Sao Paulo

I don’t know why this hotel has such a high rating on Ctrip. The hardware facilities are equivalent to ordinary business hotels in China. It is not very comfortable and the surrounding environment is not very safe. I don’t know that the star rating of hotels in Sao Paulo is lower than that in China. What's the reason? I'm not happy anyway~

This five-star hotel is located in the relatively safe Vila Olimpia area. The hotel is generally new, and the front desk has an artistic, gallery-like design. The rooms have a modern and minimalist style. I was surprised that a five-star hotel didn't even provide slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. However, the complimentary first round of the mini-bar was a nice touch. The ground floor features a combined Italian restaurant and bar, so you can dine there if you don't feel like going out in the evening. There's a chef at breakfast who makes omelets and toasts, and he speaks a little Chinese. He was super enthusiastic with his recommendations every day. The hotel's spa environment is excellent, and the prices are reasonable, though you need to book in advance. I was also pleasantly surprised that they readily agreed to my request for a late checkout until 1 PM. That was unexpected. Overall, the location is very convenient, the service is excellent, and it caters to all your dining, drinking, and relaxation needs. It's a very reassuring choice for business travelers who don't want any hassle. (It would be perfect if they provided slippers, toothpaste, and toothbrushes.)
