Due to my wife's birthday, we stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, checking in on April 28 and checking out on May 2. It was the worst holiday I've ever had in my life. We were fooled by the name of the hotel, but it was a complete fiasco. Reasons: Our room number is 504. According to the standard, you pay extra for this room because there is a jacuzzi in the garden, but when we went there, we literally tried to get the track cleaned, but at the end of the 3rd day, we got it cleaned, we said okay, let's use it, but it's broken. The towels don't dry, no one brings new ones or changes them, if you ask 4-5 times, they come. Either there is no bathrobe or the head towel is definitely missing.. There is a fireplace in the room. If you light it once, there is no fee. If you light it a second time, there is a fee of 300 TL, but rest assured, it is so difficult to light... Anyway, of course, you have a right every day, but bringing it is a matter of time. You have to call all the time on the last day, what did they bring, we searched for it because we were fed up. The food has little variety and taste, but eat it, the desserts are stale because they put the leftovers from yesterday in front of you. Cats are running around inside, some of the sofas and chairs are stained. The waiter will serve very few drinks, but he either forgets or can't make it. Parking lot is on the road. Your car sinks very badly because there is sandy mud on the road nearby. We had a lot of problems and we will never go there. They ruined my wife's birthday and my holiday, where I went to relax. Don't waste your money, your special day and your time. Don't be fooled by the good comments, most of them are written with the pressure of customer relations. Best regards.

A great place for those who want tranquility, isolated, private area, garden, jacuzzi, only water for drinks, there is not much in the remaining room, 2 floors, 2 air conditioners, underfloor heating, room ***et is spacious, comfortable and the helpfulness and attention of Büşra lady at the entrance is great.

We came with my wife for a 2-day weekend getaway, without great expectations. Bungalows have underfloor heating, a fireplace, and hot spring water flowing from the jacuzzi. There are also large pools. The spa is successful. The food is “excellent”. Everywhere is clean, the staff is attentive and friendly.
