I was very satisfied staying at this hotel with complete and comfortable facilities

Kondisi kamar okelah , tapi pas sampe kamar gak ada towel gak ada keset, lalu saya minta towel disuruh nunggu dulu pas dateng towelnya bolong. Sehari aja sih disini… untuk lokasi okelah banyak tempat makan tinggal jalan kaki aja

Hotel was quite nice, location was quite strategic, close to convenience stores and places to eat

Hotel yg lokasi di BNB. Hotel nya tdk terlalu besar tapi cukup lah buat transit saja.

This hotel actually have a good location, it is close to shopping centre. But the Lobby area is in the second floor and have no aircond. But the receptionist and all the staff were nice. At the beginning we enter the building in the basement, where was the elevator, it was really smell smoke. And the floor where was our room also smell smoke. The first room we got actually was nice with the sea view. But the AC was too noise. So we moved to other room. But unfortunetly there was no hot water. The breakfast was simple, but the place where we had breakfast was in the roof with the nice view

Perfect location, attached to a very large shopping mall with lots of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms, an ATM in the hotel and a wonderful infinity pool with sea view.

Help a friend, friends feel pretty good, hotel service is OK, breakfast is also good, traffic is relatively convenient, the surrounding environment is worth the price, will stay in this hotel in the future

The location is excellent, and although I had to wait an additional hour for my sea view room, it was completely worth it. The staff at both the reception and breakfast areas were extremely friendly, and my room was spacious and clean—perfect for a solo traveler

The accommodation was really nice and beautifully decorated, with a lovely private area on the balcony. The location was perfect – we could reach many places quickly with a rented bike, and renting one nearby was easy. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great, making the stay even more enjoyable. There were a few small things, like no soap, only one towel for two people, and the water getting cold quickly, but these were just minor details. Once we mentioned them to the reception, they were quickly resolved. Overall, it was a great stay, the price was absolutely fair, and I would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

The staff is very friendly.. initially entered the wrong room, but the staff was very helpful and quickly moved me to the room according to my order.. the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the AC was cold, the hot water was working.. unfortunately there was no cupboard to put clothes in, other than that's great
