I will never stay at this hotel again and possibly no other Four Points for that matter. I was turned off by the I donโt care, we have your money now attitudes when trying to resolve room issues. Members of the front desk staff was horrible. From my experience someone from corporate needs to do an inspection on the daily procedures here. ๐๐

The location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance to South Lake Union where. Meta, Microsoft, Amazon office locate.
The front desk staff at a very friendly. The room is spacious and clean. We did not try their breakfast since itโs not included in our booking.
One thing to note is that there is construction right in front of the hotel. All views are blocked and a bit noise. The court yard is very good though.
I will recommend it.
