Motel 6 Seattle, WA - Airport
8.5 (133 reviews)

Motel 6 Seattle, WA - Airport ★★

📍 16500 International Blvd, SeaTac

"For a typical motel with a low price, don't expect too much. When I arrived in the evening, the staff member on duty was in the restroom, so I waited a few minutes. To apologize, she waived the $6 parking fee. I was very grateful, but I was still surprised. Motel parking? I'd never heard of that before."

Green Tortoise Hostel Seattle ★★

📍 105B Pike St, Downtown, Seattle

Citizenm Seattle South Lake Union
9.2 (112 reviews)

Citizenm Seattle South Lake Union ★★★★

📍 201 Westlake Ave N, South Lake Union, Seattle

"The best and most lowkey location if you wanna visit 90% of Seattle! Friendly and efficient check-in. Real cool lobby. I wish I had used it a little more. Didn't eat or drink there since I was meeting up friends for dinner around town. Several cafés in the area are worth treating yourself to. Checkout was the easiest process I've ever had. Rooms look a bit cyberpunk/capsule hotel adjacent, but you sleep well and have pretty much everything you need [unless you need a desk for work or something]. Some things to note: Lights are a bit tricky to dim since they cycle brightness. It would have been great to leave one light on and dim the rest with the power saving feature [also just to keep up the night curtain and lower the day curtain, so I'm not walking in a pitch black room after dinner]. Why not 5 stars all around? The shower door didn't/couldn't shut all the way, so I used the towels to mop up the wet bathroom floor. Asked at kiosk for extra towels... they never came. At least the floor dried up before I left. Maybe if I made my request using the iPad, it would have happened. This obstacle made my stay not as good as it could have been, but I made do [there are add'l restrooms on the basement level, fortunately]."

DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport ★★★★
"The room was ridiculously small. The service at American hotels has to be the worst in the world. Seriously, a Hilton with nothing in the room? No tissues in the breakfast area? I've stayed in countless hotels worldwide, and American hotel service is bizarrely the absolute worst, no competition."

Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel ★★★
"There's parking available, and the staff advised us not to leave luggage in the car. We ended up pushing our trolley, which was a bit noisy. Also, the elevator button on the second floor was broken, so someone had to push it from another floor for us to use it. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The room was good, and there's a vending machine with drinks in the hotel. Importantly, it's very close to a gas station and not far from the airport, which was great. It made it convenient for me to refuel the car, return it, and head to the airport."

Motel 6 Seattle, WA - Airport ★★
"I thought the access was good. There was no deposit. However, I noticed some brown stains on the toilet seat. I tried scrubbing but couldn't remove them. There was also some stains in the bathroom that I couldn't remove, which surprised me at first. But I got used to it. The hot water came out quickly and there was a lot of it, and it was very comfortable to fill up in a short time! Overall, I thought it was good!"

The Paramount Hotel ★★★★
"Parking charges at hotel premises is very costly at USD61 per night including all relevant charges/taxes. There is a open space public carpark just next to the hotel costs only USD30 including charges/taxes. Nevertheless, hotel location is good and easily accessible by walking to many shops and places to eat. Importantly, hotel surrounding is safe."
