I am booking Corner Two Queen Room but somebody in the room😰. Maybe housekeeping in the midnight. Then we must back to reception for change another room. Finally We get another Two queen Room with parking garage view. Room clean, spacious space. 2 Water bottle with coffee maker. Strategic location. Just walked 5mins to Pike place market.

The service is terrible. The doorman at the door paid no attention to the guests. There are a lot of service staff at the front desk who just know how to chat. And the service was expressionless. The room was not available until 4pm when we arrived at noon. The cleaning of the room was very slow. When I returned to the hotel in the evening of the next day, the room was not cleaned yet. All in all the experience was very poor.
