The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the staff is extremely friendly. I requested hot water, and they even brought it to my room in a teapot, and it was delivered very quickly. On the day we arrived in Seattle, they allowed us to check in early, which was a great help. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Seattle. The location is also very convenient.

I am booking Corner Two Queen Room but somebody in the room😰. Maybe housekeeping in the midnight. Then we must back to reception for change another room. Finally We get another Two queen Room with parking garage view. Room clean, spacious space. 2 Water bottle with coffee maker. Strategic location. Just walked 5mins to Pike place market.

1. This hotel has serious racial discrimination. It is unbeatable. The front desk gave us three rooms on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors (the hotel has 15 floors in total). Don't stay here. The front desk also asked us to check the ID holders one by one. This is the first time I have encountered this in the past ten days since I came to the United States. Not only that, the room types given are the noisiest ones facing the street, or close to the parking lot. We booked a corner room, but they told me that there were no rooms and we couldn't change it. They asked us to downgrade the room type and gave us a 9th floor as a gift. My God, the people who registered after us were all on the 10th floor, and they told me that there were no rooms on the upper floors. What's even more ridiculous is that the access control of one of the rooms was out of power, and we waited for an hour for the engineer to change the power. Don't choose this hotel to stay and save yourself from being unhappy.
2. Don't order the breakfast set meal at this hotel. It's only $25 per room. Each dish in the restaurant costs more than $20, and there is a 20% service charge. We booked three rooms, and there was no separate bill for breakfast. As a result, we only got one room's breakfast fee reduced. It's super excessive.
