"This hotel is centrally located yet feels very safe at night. The room was comfortable, and the views from the high-floor window were absolutely stunning. The surrounding area is very well-equipped; it's a 10-minute walk to Whole Foods, and the shopping center across the street has Haidilao and Din Tai Fung. The hotel's buffet breakfast is $29 per person, and it's a decent-to-good American breakfast with quality ingredients. The hotel description states that extra beds can be added, but be aware that twin rooms do not actually allow for an extra bed."
"The room was clean and hygienic. The location is super convenient, with plenty of food options right downstairs. It was easy to get everywhere. Pike Place Market is less than a 10-minute walk away. The service was also great. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would definitely stay here again."
"The best and most lowkey location if you wanna visit 90% of Seattle! Friendly and efficient check-in. Real cool lobby. I wish I had used it a little more. Didn't eat or drink there since I was meeting up friends for dinner around town. Several cafés in the area are worth treating yourself to.
Checkout was the easiest process I've ever had. Rooms look a bit cyberpunk/capsule hotel adjacent, but you sleep well and have pretty much everything you need [unless you need a desk for work or something].
Some things to note:
Lights are a bit tricky to dim since they cycle brightness. It would have been great to leave one light on and dim the rest with the power saving feature [also just to keep up the night curtain and lower the day curtain, so I'm not walking in a pitch black room after dinner].
Why not 5 stars all around?
The shower door didn't/couldn't shut all the way, so I used the towels to mop up the wet bathroom floor. Asked at kiosk for extra towels... they never came. At least the floor dried up before I left. Maybe if I made my request using the iPad, it would have happened. This obstacle made my stay not as good as it could have been, but I made do [there are add'l restrooms on the basement level, fortunately]."
"The location is great. It's within ten minutes' walk to the pier and Pike Place. Because it's on 1st Street, there's no need to climb uphill to get to Pike Place, which saves a lot of effort. In addition, it is also close to the light rail station and bus station.
There is a paid breakfast downstairs, the cost is linked to the room rate, you can order your own food, the waiting time is a bit long, but the taste is good.
The one-time price of taking a taxi to the airport is 45 knives, and 50 knives are included in the room charge when booking through the hotel."
"The homestay our family stayed in Seattle was good and affordable, the surrounding community environment was good, and there was a park not far away. The homestay facilities are well-equipped and laundry is convenient."
"Great stay, and amazing location. Friendly staff and concierge, welcomed with champagne. Improvements include, adding more than just one hook in the bathroom. There’s space behind the bathroom door and adjacent wall to add a totally of four extra hooks to hang personal items and bath towels."
"I stayed here in 2023. This is my second time. I am very satisfied with it. The room is large and clean, with complete facilities, including microwave, tableware, and a large refrigerator. Breakfast is also included, and the taste is acceptable. There is a Safeway nearby, which is very convenient for shopping. The food street is also nearby, but the taste is quite average. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Huada. The staff has a good service attitude and greets you every time you enter and leave. You can make an appointment for daily cleaning or every other day, and you can also ask for an electric kettle."
"The location and environment of the hotel are beyond words, very good. It is very close to the classic Pike Market, Space Needle, the first Starbucks, and Amazon headquarters. It is very suitable for city tourism, but the hotel has a long history and the related facilities are not so modern. The bathroom is small, and the room is large, but the historical decoration feels a bit old-fashioned, which is not suitable for people who are used to living in modern hotels. It is recommended not to eat breakfast in the hotel. It is very close and convenient outside, and the taste is good. I recommend the nearby Peruvian restaurant. For other food, I recommend the seafood in Pike Market and the crab at No. 57. It is served on the table, very rough and fresh. The Chinese restaurant Danguixuan Sichuan cuisine is very authentic. There is a shopping mall near the hotel and Haidilao. Eating there once can satisfy your craving. There are other places to go in Seattle, such as Mount Rainier, which is recommended. Remember to make an appointment, or go there after 5 pm. North Cascade Park is good. I don’t want to go to Olympic Park because I have been to too many forest parks. Visit the Microsoft headquarters. You can take a look at Bellevue. The game company Valve over there is a temple for game fans and a worry for parents. Boeing has seen too many planes, which are everywhere like toys. There are a lot of Chinese people, so you can stay in Seattle for a few days."
"Hygiene: clean and tidy, rooms are cleaned in a timely manner
Environment: Great, there is a special smoking area outside the hotel door
Service: First-class service, fast response and thoughtful. My flight was at 4pm and the front desk extended my check-out to 2pm for free! The front desk also helped me weigh my suitcase, carefully converted the pounds into kilograms, and put a sticky note on my suitcase."

Great
GGuest UserThis place was ok, service wasn’t the best and a lot of things were just kind of expected of us and not communicated at all. Also we were asked to check out earlier than we planned while we were still asleep despite having paid for a late checkout. We ended up having to show them the charge on our card in order for them to believe us. Also as far as the rooms go, they are tiny. And bathroom is cramped with no privacy. TV did not work with our devices so we were not able to stream almost anything during our stay which I haven’t had to deal with at any hotel in years. Also our view faced the inside of the building which was another building about 15 feet away, so no view which we did not know until we showed up. However, the location is amazing is perfect for any events at Lumen field or T-Mobile Park being only a 10-15 minute walk. For over $600 for two nights, we were less than impressed about our experience.

Very Good
GGuest UserVery good, the hotel facilities are very new, the room size is moderate, the only drawback is that breakfast is not provided, and the surrounding neighborhood is not suitable for going out alone at night. The hotel gym facilities are very good.
BBoyangThe first W hotel I stayed in abroad, compared with the positioning of domestic W, Seattle W is more like a domestic modern four-star standard. The location of the hotel is still very good. It is just next to the famous public library. It is also within walking distance from the most famous Pike Place Market. The style of the hotel is also relatively young. It is an atmosphere full of youth and freedom that is admired by young people.
BBenny the kidGreat location right near Pike Market and with Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on the ground floor... very modern design and quiet rooms... service is very friendly and water bottles in the room are complimentary. Sauna, steam, and gym are relaxing and very well kept, only concern was they advertised a lap pool which is no longer in the hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. You can walk to anywhere! The environment is nice, clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are not small, and the view from the room is also nice (2336), especially at night. The service attitude of the staff is quite good, and the app used to call a car is also good (Uber), and it arrives very quickly after calling! The staff at the waiting service desk are also very enthusiastic, helping to explain, and also sending the luggage to the car, very responsible! I will come to this hotel again in the future, thank you 🙏🌹

Good
GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!
SSherwinF.Location: Excellent, McDonald, space needle, Pop Museum within 5 minutes walk.
Transportation: Very convenient for travel. Only one intersection away from the bus station. Only one transfer is required to the airport.
Space: The bathroom is too small (as shown in the picture), and the size of other things is acceptable.
Environment: Friendly staff, everything is available. Because the room is old, there is a certain smell when you first enter the door, and the smell disappears after turning on the air conditioner. There will be a strange smell in the corridor in the afternoon, but it does not affect the room.
Overall review: The hotel hardware is average but there are no major flaws, it is livable. Especially when the price is obviously one level higher than the nearby hotels.
GGuest UserHotel was convenient one night stay as it was close to the Cruise Terminal. There are alot of restaurants close by and the Space needle is a couple blocks away. However, one member of their staff were calling the white guests in front of me all the time. I am a foreigner who has just experienced for the first time racism in America. Will definitely not go there again.
CcauliflowerI visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.
GGuest UserWe stayed 4days @Executive hotel coming from Vancouver. We checked in Aug.14th with Israel who was so nice, friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel as our booked tours listed this also as pick up point. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near Seattle Public Library. Eateries are nearby & walking distance to St. James Catholic Church. We had a good size, comfortable room with street view. Housekeepers were great & made sure we had what we needed. Great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend!
