Very convenient location, takes 10 minutes walk to most of the attentions like Pike Place Market. Took 5 mins to the metro station then take the metro to Space Needle. Has plenty of restaurants, shops, coffee shops around the area. All the staff are very friendly too. There two things that I wasn’t quite satisfied: parking charges $60/night even though for hotel guest; hair dryer wasn’t that clean.
Located in downtown, you can walk to sightseeing. Arrive comfortably at the airport by $50 taxi.
The staff was friendly and the room was quite spacious. However, I couldn't sleep at night due to jet lag, but it was hard to hear the noise like water.
Location was really nice but Downtown Seattle was not really much of fun place to hang around… (bummer) Nonetheless, room condition was good (of course it is old hotel so all the facilities were not in new-new condition) and they did have bathtub in the bathroom.
The service here lives up to the standards of Lavande Hotels. However, it's right next to a highway, and the noise at night was unbearable. I didn't get any sleep the first night, so I immediately requested a room facing away from the highway. The service was quick, and they helped me switch rooms right away. But even with the window closed, the rooms on the back side couldn't block out the traffic noise from the highway at night. If you're sensitive to noise at night, I'd advise against staying here.
Clean, well located, nice room and gym. The soundproofing between rooms wasn’t great (or we had a loud neighbour that spoke at high volume from 6am). Beware in the bar, they put an 18% automatic service charge on the bill and then ask for a tip again when you pay with your card! They made it hard to find the 0% button which was cheeky when we already paid the 18% charge once! That was my main reason for making it a 4/5, management, you should look at that, it’s poor practice.
The hotel is in a prime location with a beautiful environment. It is close to Pike Place, the ferry terminal, and the coastal sightseeing road. The rooms are well-equipped, with good views, and the service is warm and thoughtful. In particular, the handsome waiter can speak a few words in Chinese. He enthusiastically introduced the hotel and the surroundings to us. When he saw us buying a bouquet of flowers, he immediately gave us a vase for us to put in. This hotel is worth recommending.
Sheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks, a wine bar, restaurants, and fitness center/pool. We arrived in the early morning and was lucky to get an early check-in. The staff we encountered was nice and helpful and we had a good experience overall.
The hotel charges a destination fee that offers $20 dining credit to use in bar/Starbucks/selected restaurants and $10 Uber credit. Maybe because most people spend their $20 credits on Starbucks, the line was very long in the morning (~20 minutes). I would suggest going earlier or later to avoid the long line.
The room is quite good and new, and the location is good to walk to eat lobster rolls. The only bad point is that parking is very troublesome. The hotel does not have a parking lot. It can be valet parking, but because it is a traffic light on the street, it is easy to miss, or there are too many cars and there is no place to park, it will be very troublesome.
Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

Great
GGuest UserVery nice hotel, close to major attractions (pike place market, Starbucks, etc), light rail (westlake station to SEA airport), monorail (westlake center to space needle). Great value for the price. If you want to save money, make sure to book 2-3 months in advance. The only problem is that the heater/AC is a bit noisy.
33momLocation is unbeatable - nearby Westlake Station (Exit A) of Link Light Rail, and Seattle Convention Centre. Walking distance to attractions (e.g., Pike Place Market, Space Needle)
Very helpful & friendly staff: It was my first time to stay at a hotel with all staff (front desk, room service & other staff met in the hotel) are very warm and make me feel to be welcomed.
minor comment: heating warm up the room automatically once a while but quite noisy.
TtinaIt's a relatively new hotel. Everything is good but expensive. You have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. If you want a hotel, it costs 20 US dollars a set. Parking fee is 60 US dollars a day. Finally, you need to pay city fees and taxes. The room is very clean and the view is great. Well, we stayed in a sea view room. We could watch the sunrise and sunset while lying on the bed, and we could reach many scenic spots on foot.
CcauliflowerI visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.
DDileileidelvxingrijiThe room is quite big, but the air conditioner is a bit loud. The quilt in our room has a smell. I guess it's too humid near the sea. I originally booked a room with a view, but they are all in the building. I guess we arrived too late and there were no rooms. I was a little disappointed, but the location of the hotel is really good. It's very close to Pike Place Market, Space Needle and boat rides. You don't need to drive. It's all within a 10-minute walk. There is a supermarket opposite and many coffee shops downstairs.
Uultimatespeed1The biggest problem is that the wooden base of the bed is very sharp, and there is a passage less than one meter away next to it, so it is easy to get hit on the legs. Our family of three was hit more than once. If someone is using the office chair next to it, you will probably get hit if you don't walk sideways. (As shown in the picture). The front desk was reluctant to serve us, and their expression was very reluctant. The water for the shower was not hot enough.
Nn0tnitIt was a great choice for my recent business. The hotel itself is fantastic - everything from the service to the amenities was great. Also it was incredibly convenient to be near tourist spots, allowing me to easily explore after my work commitments. Finding a fantastic restaurant in walking distance was never an issue. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!
