I stayed at this hotel for a total of 9 days during my Seattle trip. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. It's conveniently located for sightseeing, though walking uphill to some attractions can be a bit tiring. It was great to have water available in the lobby downstairs.
The hotel is in a prime location with a beautiful environment. It is close to Pike Place, the ferry terminal, and the coastal sightseeing road. The rooms are well-equipped, with good views, and the service is warm and thoughtful. In particular, the handsome waiter can speak a few words in Chinese. He enthusiastically introduced the hotel and the surroundings to us. When he saw us buying a bouquet of flowers, he immediately gave us a vase for us to put in. This hotel is worth recommending.
The biggest problem is that the wooden base of the bed is very sharp, and there is a passage less than one meter away next to it, so it is easy to get hit on the legs. Our family of three was hit more than once. If someone is using the office chair next to it, you will probably get hit if you don't walk sideways. (As shown in the picture). The front desk was reluctant to serve us, and their expression was very reluctant. The water for the shower was not hot enough.
The hotel is right next to the I-5 highway, so rooms facing the highway can be quite noisy. The rooms are pretty standard, comparable to a 3-star hotel in China, so don't expect too much. Hotels of the same brand usually have a higher rating in China, which is a common phenomenon. Parking was tight; the underground garage was completely full when we returned at night. We had to get permission from the front desk to park in a handicapped spot. It's about a 10-minute walk to Pike Place Market, which is quite convenient. The city is very hilly, like San Francisco, so walking around can be tiring.
The hotel is conveniently located, with Monorail and Light Rail around 5 mins walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are many F&B options in the hotel.
A historic hotel with a large enough room, divided into two areas: living room and bedroom. The location is also convenient, and you can walk to the famous Pike Place Market and its surroundings. The front desk service is also very good. We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon, and normally check in at 4 pm, but when we asked about parking, we were arranged to check in as there was a room available. The experience was very good and it will be my first choice next time I go to Seattle.
Location is unbeatable, and if you get a room with a view it’s an an unbeatable place to stay on a budget. I’ve stayed here more than once due to the location, how quiet it is overall, and the upkeep of the rooms. The gym could use some love, but let’s face it. we aren’t really at a hotel for the gym but it does the job!
Booked a room for my parent and the room was amazing. Susan at the front desk did our check in and she was wonderful, attentively explaining every facilities in the hotel.
Location was perfect. In the middle of the downtown, close to the shopping places, all must go places in Seattle city, and also the subway station which can take you to the Mariners T-Mobile Park or the airport.
The location is good and the room is big. But there are no disposable slippers, no bathrobes, and no razors. On the second day of check-in, I returned to the hotel at night and found that no one had done the cleaning. I went to the front desk and asked someone to change the towels. I returned to the hotel on the afternoon of the third day and found that the room was still not cleaned. I had to go to the waiter again. A five-star hotel with more than $300 a day should not have such service.
Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

Great
GGuest UserVery nice hotel, close to major attractions (pike place market, Starbucks, etc), light rail (westlake station to SEA airport), monorail (westlake center to space needle). Great value for the price. If you want to save money, make sure to book 2-3 months in advance. The only problem is that the heater/AC is a bit noisy.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location. It is clean, up to date, and convenient to travelers. The hotel has $62 valet parking, but because of its great location, you can also find street parking right next to the hotel. It is a walking distance to pretty much everything downtown, you can even walk to the Space Needle. Will come back again in the future.
GGuest UserParking charges at hotel premises is very costly at USD61 per night including all relevant charges/taxes. There is a open space public carpark just next to the hotel costs only USD30 including charges/taxes. Nevertheless, hotel location is good and easily accessible by walking to many shops and places to eat. Importantly, hotel surrounding is safe.
GGuest UserI'm not sure why this hotel has such low ratings; I actually think it's a really great place. If I ever come back to Seattle, I'd definitely stay here again 👍 The room was spacious, bright, and well-equipped, and it was incredibly quiet. Overall, it felt very comfortable and cozy. The transportation is extremely convenient; aside from taking an Uber to Bruce Lee's grave, I could walk to every other attraction in Seattle. Pike Place Market is right around the corner, just a right turn from the hotel 🌹 Oh, and there's also a fantastic Vietnamese pho place nearby that I highly recommend 😋 I'd suggest this hotel to all visitors coming to Seattle – it's truly excellent 😎 I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM that day, and the front desk let me check in right away, which was so nice 😊 Plus, every guest gets a complimentary glass of wine 🍷 or cocktail 🍹 from the restaurant, which you can enjoy anytime. I believe this hotel deserves a rating of 4.8 or higher.
FFrancoThe location is super good, right next to the market and within walking distance. The hotel environment is also very good and quite comfortable. As long as you understand the tipping culture in the United States, you will have an enviable surprise when you check in.
GGuest UserThe room is quite good and new, and the location is good to walk to eat lobster rolls. The only bad point is that parking is very troublesome. The hotel does not have a parking lot. It can be valet parking, but because it is a traffic light on the street, it is easy to miss, or there are too many cars and there is no place to park, it will be very troublesome.
GGuest UserA rustic hotel with a unique ambience. It's conveniently located near Pioneer Square in Downtown Seattle within walking or short car or bus ride of many sights and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is good and the lounge sometimes has excellent live music.
AAnonymous UserIt was super pretty! I loved the aesthetics and our room. The only thing that could have been better was that the mini fridge was for display only. It has a sign on top that says that the fridge does not work. I was very disappointed that a 4+ star hotel doesn’t offer working fridges for us to store food.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very clean and tidy, and the staff is extremely friendly. I requested hot water, and they even brought it to my room in a teapot, and it was delivered very quickly. On the day we arrived in Seattle, they allowed us to check in early, which was a great help. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Seattle. The location is also very convenient.
