Negative points: Pool maintenance Obsolete barbecue lack of storage in the 2 adult bedrooms. Rusty bathroom trash can and shower holder. Stoves in the kitchen not renewed and sticky heads. Sliding door in main rooms that does not close. Risk of burglaries
