1. No water supply since 6am until checked out at 12pm, staff only mentioned they have reported to management. Have to keep going down if need to use the toilet. This is ridiculous, imagine you are paying a fee to brush your teeth and clean your face in public areas.
2. Have to wait for appx. 10 minutes for the cold water to turn warm before we can shower.
3. There are stains on bedsheets.
Others are generally ok except the above. The staffs are friendly. Even though they already provide 2 water bottles in the room, they also have a water filter at reception where you can refill your drinking water if needed.

Stayed for 2 nights, overall was ok. However towels were not clean and had stains on them. Bathtub were not super clean and hot water was not enough, basically filled up the tub with hot water but once it's full, it's room temperature.
Location was okay as there's a family mart right beside and a very nice cafe.

This hotel is in need of some maintenance. The toilet bowl seat is not tightened. It's so uncomfortable sitting on it. The lamp hiding behind the mirror in the toilet has dropped out and wires are exposed. The window next door could seem from my room thus talking from them could be heard so clearly. The good thing is that the people here are really very friendly and nice.

Hotel has water dispenser, so free water.
BUT ventilation is not isolated and ****** was smoking in toilet next door that blew into our room.
Hotel staff stopped them but room still smell of smoke for rest of night.

Quite quiet at night, few eateries with good food and mini mart close by. Overall ok. Parking not difficult to get.

Stayed 2D1N a week before the ***** chinese new year break. Parking was ample. Location was easy to find.
The king deluxe room we got was on high floor. Check in was 3pm and checkout at 12pm (thanks!).
Room was huge for 2, spacious and clean. Loved that the room had a lounge sofa.
Reception staff was so polite & friendly. She offered to fill my bottle when she saw that I mistook the ice dispenser for water dispenser. Parking redemption at the reception was hassle free too w our touch n go card.
Would definitely stay here again!

Overall good experience. Friendly reception and easy check in and check out. Nearby got many eateries and coffeeshop. Also many shops selling female clothes and such. Room quite clean. A little small but modern enough for comfort. Nice bed and good tv. Thank you!

Aircon is not cold.. it kept turning off in the middle of the night, we got up a few times as it was too humid and we started to sweat while sleeping, to try and turn the aircon on again. The remote control doesn't work, had to use a chair to turn on the Aircon button. Did this a few times and didn't get a good sleep. Shower head is slanted.
Other than that, the others are fine, cleanliness is ok. Just the Aircon

Decent hotel for a night stay, However shower drain clog. Causing a flood in the bathroom during shower. Water heater doesn’t seem to be working well. Mostly cold water all the way.
Bedsheet / Pillow there is a smelly smell. Minor stain here and there.
With the price paid, can’t seem to expect much.
Plus point, hotel parking.

DDoreen TooI booked Executive King Room based on the reviews online. However I was very disappointed with the following:
1) The access door card denied me twice. I have to go to the reception twice to sort it out. Apparently they programmed different room number for my room.
2) The water for the shower leaked from the water pipe instead of came out from the shower head. The pressure was so low that I gave up to wash my hair.
3) There were hairs in the bathroom. Cleanliness need to be improved.
4) Whole night I can hear loud music from the bars nearby. Poor sound proofing as every now and then hear guests closing doors.
Honestly, I really think it didn't deceived the high rating. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

MM. SubramaniamAttended a wedding near Skudai Johor and decided to put up a night after the event. The check-in was quick enough though I came at around 11.00pm. Booked a superior triple room which came with a queen bed and a single bed. Plus point, though a small capacity room, it had three clean towels and bathroom amenities such as three toothbrushes. The hotel occupies part of the shop lot but did not fail to provide a security guard for the parked cars of the hotel guests.
