Business Hotels in Seoul

Wonderful experience! Comfortable stay, the room was neat and tidy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. One of the highlights of this hotel is its fantastic surrounding facilities. There's a CU right next to the hotel lobby, Also, the Hyundai department store is right in the same building is a great bonus for shopping. Plus, the Doota mall behind the hotel, providing even more options for late-night shopping until 12am!

Good hotel location in Seoul, near the city center and several business and tourism sites.  Attached to the Seoul Station by a series of underground tunnels, makes travel nice in bad weather as you do not need to be outside in the rain, etc waiting for a car.  Is about a 10-15 minute walk in the tunnels from the AREX Incheon Airport Train platform, but I think still better than dealing with taxis, city traffic and standing outside in the cold or rain.  Follow the directions on the hotel website from your airport train or metro/subway, there are a lot of trains, tunnels, and is a large busy area.  With this, there are many places to eat, shop, get coffee, etc along the way in the tunnels which is convenient.  Room was a bit small, but was clean, shower was good, bed solid, etc.  I slept well.  Hotel breakfast is good, but a little expensive.  I would stay there again.  Was easy to get around the city from there.  Note:  the check-in desk is on floor 19. 

Good Location, Friendly Staff, Room Needs Improvement The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, with good English communication skills. They were also accommodating to my specific room requests. The room itself was nicely appointed, but unfortunately, the room temperature was too warm, fixed at 27 degrees Celsius with no option to adjust the heater. This made for an uncomfortable stay, especially at night. Additionally, the bathroom layout, while suitable for solo travelers, would likely be inconvenient for couples due to the lack of a separate door for the toilet area. There's no bidet, which was a bit disappointing. I think the hotel would benefit from upgrading to automated toilets for a more modern and convenient experience.

I like the location it is not busy and crowded. Away from the busy streets of Myeongdong and Hongdae. Old but gold! I mean they maintained the cleanliness of the place. What’s good about it is it has a bus stop limousine going to the hotel right in front of the hotel. It has a convenient store and pharmacy on the LL. I highly recommend the place.

The room itself was alright, but the space is very small. My friend and I had two checked in bags each. I could only open one clicked in luggage at a time because if we opened all of them up, there wouldn’t be any space to walk, much less store our luggage’s. The room we picked had two twin beds, but no outlets near any of of them. There were only 4 charge ports, two Korean outlets(type c), two American outlets (type b) at the desk area. If they got rid of the counter before the windows, there would be a lot more space so I don’t know why those counters were there.

The hotel room is very nice, the hotel staff are very friendly, and the location is excellent! The hotel is right outside Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station (literally a 20 metre walk from Exit 4), and when taking day tours, the bus stops at this exact station, as the last point. This greatly reduces travel time, as the last stop point means we’re the last to pick up and first to be dropped off when returning. It’s also very easy to go to Myeongdong, Gangnam, Jamsil (Lotte World) and Yeouido (Hangang Park). You can even see Namsan Seoul Tower in the distance, and you should come out at night to see the beautiful view. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel!

The hotel has good traffic connection, it's about 5 mins walk to metro link and 10 mins walk to 6009 airport bus stop. It's thoughtful that a weight scale is provided near the temporary luggage storage area. The room is well facilitated and clean. A bit unexpected that when the front desk staff said he could not give any nearby sightseeing suggestions as he has just come to work in Seoul for two years ( not two weeks or two months!) and he even didn't try to ask the colleague sitting next to him to give some recommendations to us.

First of all, the room they assigned to me as a “city view” was nothing more than a tiny, prison-like window just a few inches long looking out some old building. These rooms are not even shown on their website, and I felt deceived by their advertising. While the room was clean, it was extremely stuffy. To make matters worse, the hotel stops operating the air conditioning from November onward, regardless of the outside temperature. This means that even if the weather is unseasonably warm, guests are left to suffer in discomfort. I would not stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone I care about.

Friendly staffs, and very thoughtful! I didn’t request clean my room one day, when I back the hotel, there is a bag of refill water bottles and new towels etc hanging on my door. Thank you very much:) Hotel locate at nice area in Gangnam. I found few very nice cafes / restaurants / Coex mall which are not far away. 2- 3 blocks from google map you can easy reach there by foot. Taxi to other side of river about 20 nzd. Not expensive. 더 포트 cafe/ bakery is 2 min walk ( around corner from hotel car park); mammamia cafe 20 min walk while you can pass Kpop road. Standard cafe is very cool- 15 min walk.. cross road blow fish looks Korean restaurant is open 24 hours.. pork soup is nice.. seems local eat place.

Thanks to Ms.Luna for great service and providing us tow glasses of wine for birthday celebration. One disadvantage thing of this hotel is the check-in time which is so late (3 pm) and they never allow for early check-in for free. I have visited Seoul many times, lot of hotels in Seoul allow early check-in if there is a room available.
