good for family travel. around 8 mins walk from the nearest subway station. the room is very spacious. the TV comes with free netfix. however, all appliances only shows korean language - which is quite inconvenient.

This is one of the best service apartments that I have ever stayed.
I have stayed in the apartment for 18 nights. Rooms are spacious , plenty of drawers and cabinets. Bed and sofa comfortable. Air-conditioning and WiFi function well. 5-7 mins to metro & airport bus station. Restaurant nearby. Staff are responsive. Using WeChat with staff are conveniently. Air -circulater during cooking and LG Styer with dryer functions are useful too.
Some minor issues that the management team can further fine tune .
The housekeeping standard varies . There were 2days without bed tidying. Refill bottle one day missing. Other days bootle waters and towels placing different areas.
The floor with permanent shoes prints that affect the cleanliness impression.
Kitchen implements without dish plates is strange, this is a basic for even simple cooking.
All-in-all these are only minor defects so I am willing to rate high score. I will definitely recommend for who want to find a spacious apartment in Gangnam area.

"I stayed at the hotel with my family, including two children under 5 years old. The UH Flat was clean and spacious, making it perfect for families. The location was ideal, as it was close to COEX and Seoul Grand Park. The staff was very helpful and informative."
