The location is superb!! Just right at the metro entrance and you could just simply ride the elevator straight down to the metro floor! There are also several convenient stores around, a 24-hr eatery (which serves traditional Korean gimbap/noodles and very affordable)!
The studio is in a good size for 2 ppl and in very good condition. The hotel also provides room guidelines/manuals in English, so basically you will be fine. But you need to bring your own toothbrush.
Check-in and luggage storage is all unmanned so you need to scan the qr code and follow the steps provided. It would be very convenient for those who check-in late night.
I would definitely come back and stay here!

Location is good with 2 train lines going to major tourist spots servicing the hotel right downstairs
Cleanliness is good no complains
Service staffs are quick and responsive.
The lift is the only complain where it’s slow

The hotel is in a great location and the customer service staff are very helpful in solving problems. However, the waiting time for the elevator to go up and down is very long every day, and sometimes you need to wait for 2 elevators, which is inconvenient.
