離曬大嫂，末試過禁差嘅入住、訂房冇留意入住時間，出差完看預訂發現要晚上十點才能入住，其時下午三點，找客服協商提前入住或取消都唔得。去過二十多個國家未曾有過這麼離譜的，然后入住比個健障房我都算了，但係床上兩個燈連燈泡都冇，咩回事啊。早上11點30電話來叫退房、以後絕對拉黑這個品牌
I’ve stayed in many places, but never encountered something this ridiculous. I booked a room without noticing the check-in time, and after my business trip, I realized I couldn’t check in until 10 PM. At that time, it was only 3 PM. I contacted customer service to either check in earlier or cancel the booking, but neither was allowed.
I’ve been to over 20 countries and never experienced anything this absurd. Then, when I finally checked in, they gave me an accessible (disabled-friendly) room — fine, I let that slide. But the two bedside lamps didn’t even have light bulbs. What is going on?
This brand is absolutely getting blacklisted by me from now on

호텔 안에는 너무 깨끗하고 이뻐요.
호텔 들어가자 마자 고객 대하는 표정이 어둡고 인사도 대충하고 .저럽한걸루 예약해서 그런지 표정은 더 어둡고
퇴실할때도 인사도 없구 서비스는 너무 안좋은거 같아요.
호텔 시설은 괜찬은거 같아요. 서비스만 좋아더라면 아쉽네요~
