My brother booked twin and triple rooms for the family. The reception was accommodating when we requested for the twin room to be on the lower floor for our parents. Sadly, the triple room available to us was at the 5th floor and there was no lift. We struggled with our luggage going up because the staff was not on duty yet when we arrived early in the morning. We only requested assistance for our luggage to be brought down only when we were leaving. But this service is available if there is a person in the reception. The hotel is self check in. There are available amenities at the reception area. Some are free and some are for rent. We rented umbrellas and electric adaptors for the duration of the stay. There were room slippers available. Their reception staff was nice and could communicate well with us and addressed our queries and helped us with our luggage. The room was quite small for 3 people. Our luggage fit well under the beds. I almost forgot how small towels were in Korea. Bring a body towel size if you need a bigger one. Rooms had shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and toilet paper. Common room at the basement level was cozy and can comfortably accommodate about 6 people at a time. No breakfast food is available but you can have freshly brewed coffee or coffee mix. Location is one of its plus factors. There are very good restaurants nearby and it is also near convenience stores, the Jong-no 3-sam ga Subway (3 mins walk). Ikseon-dong and Insa-dong are just nearby. We were able to walk to Changdeokgung Palace too. Although the street leading to this hotel was quite narrow like an alleyway, our private transfer ride was able to bring us here. And it was quite safe to walk around at night because of the night activities around Jongno 3 sam ga.
