The hotel price is very affordable compared to other hotels nearby. Transportations like the airport bus, subway and city bus stations are located very close. It was clean and the staff responded quickly. I am very satisfied with this hotel but only thing I didn't like was the alley where the entrance is located is too narrow. I'd like to come again next time.

Due to internal discrepancy our place/room was upgraded and move to different place( friends). Pros; the place looks new, neat and clean. Have available lockers for luggage security. Accessible shared kitchen and washing machine. Cons; the bathroom was cold.

The room is small, suitable for solo travel. If you are alone, the space is actually enough.
The refrigerator is really small, even bottled drinks have to be laid flat
There are only stairs, so it is hard to carry luggage up and down. It is suitable for travelers who have a short stay and don't have much luggage.
But the location is good, the subway exit is only 1 minute away, but the exit only has stairs. Just across the street you can reach Gwangjang Market, or walk to Dongdaemun, which is also convenient. I think it will be faster than taking the subway.
When returning to the airport, it is also very close to the airport bus station, about 3 minutes on a flat road, very convenient

I stayed for 2 nights, but there was no cleaning or towels changed

It seemed like they didn't clean the floor, and there was a water leak on the ceiling

The small television wasn't connected to the power, so I had to connect it directly
The hot water came out slower than at home
It felt like a guesthouse,
but it was one of the worst accommodations I've stayed at for the price
The firefighting facilities were also quite broken
The guide lights and fire extinguishers were broken
