Residence Unicorn is an independent accommodation with a private kitchen and washing machine in every room. All rooms have at least two windows, and guest rooms are located from the second floor and above. Located next to Dongdaemun in Seoul, specifically in the Dongmyo area, it is within 8-10 minutes walking distance from Dongmyo Station and Sinseol-dong Station, and just 2 minutes from the 421 bus stop. The surrounding area features a large E-mart, various convenience stores, restaurants, and a sauna. Situated in a residential area, it offers a very quiet and secluded location while still providing access to all amenities. It is a peaceful place located within a 3-minute walk from both the Dongmyo Flea Market and Cheonggyecheon Stream. The accommodation is family-friendly, offering advantages such as free luggage storage and flexible check-in times, specializing in family stays. Children under 6 years old can stay for free. All bedding materials, detergents, toilet paper, and amenities are made from eco-friendly materials or are vegan-certified products. The residence aims for zero waste and sustainable travel, actively helping guests participate in reducing waste through services like tumbler and shopping bag rentals. Some rooms are dedicated business rooms, equipped with desks and proper lighting, prepared as business and work spaces. All guests can use printing and fax services for free. All rooms have access to meeting room rentals (for a fee). These meeting rooms also include kitchen facilities, making them suitable not only for business meetings but also for use as private party rooms. For groups and party guests, rooms can be assigned together.
