Before check-in in this hotel, the service staff responded quickly and well on Whats APP. After check-in, I found that the room was really small, only the size of two beds and a toilet. When I booked the room, it was written that breakfast was included, but after check-in Only oatmeal and tea bags are placed in the lobby. After eating the oatmeal, they said they would replenish it, but they didn’t refill it later, and the toilet was blocked.
I sent a message to the service staff saying that the toilet was clogged and the cereal needs to be replenished, but there was no reply at all, which was very disappointing. I do not recommend this place

The room barely fit the bed, and the window looked out on a brick wall an inch away. The bathrom is a shower over a toilet with no room to move. It was clean, and central, but not a place you can relax or unwind. If you literally just need to sleep then it might be ok, but don't think you are getting a hotel room. Its basically a bery cramped claustraphobic backpackers.

Fluffy pillows, the hotel was well stocked and the staff responded promptly to my requests. Very clean room and in the middle of a cool shopping district. When I walked out the door I felt like I was on the middle of a busy Seoul. Well placed and nice breakfast too

Let me start with: I’ve been to many hotels across the world. I’ve seen many sites and been to many countries. This hotel might be the greatest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s clean, the staff are friendly, it’s quiet. Simple self check in. The staff replaced my towels for free. The breakfast was good value.

I stayed here with my girlfriend and we have a wonderful time. It was quiet, clean, and the staff were so supportive of our stay. The place is meticulously cleaned everyday, it’s shining with brilliance. It’s a bit of a climb but there’s an elevator and the bellboy helped me promptly

A lovely little hotel right in the heart of Myeongdong. I loved my stay there. The staff were so friendly and made up my room nicely. The cleaner Nemo even shared some traveling information. What a guy! Rooms were clean and hotel was nice. Owner was friendly too
