Pros: great location, quiet rooms, strong water pressure in shower, strong AC, clean.
Cons:
- wasn't clear that they don't have a reception counter.
- didn't get any check-in information from the hotel before I arrived. horrible experience as I couldn't speak English so I couldn't really contact them myself as well. if it wasn't for a kind stranger that helped me - not sure if I'd ever get in.
- no daily cleaning of rooms
- did not get the room I booked (according to photos). booked a double deluxe room but looks like I got the most basic smallest room.
