The worst client service. I had to call them multiple times in order to get the check in instructions (and for the record I didn’t get them until way past my checkin hour since I was getting to the room the next day early in the morning) I got there and not only they gave me a hard time getting the instructions but they also provided me with a wrong room password. I called them and they hung up on me, I almost lose my tour because of this misunderstanding. The incorrect information was already a big problem but their lack of professionalism was the worst. Such a pity since the place is well located, but I would not come back.

Close to beach and restaurants. Good and clean room and staff were amazing. Microwave and washing machines are on the first floor

The place is near subway stations. I also like that it’s near Hongdae Street. Outside the hostel there are lots of cafe and restaurants that you can eat at. The staffs are very kind and accommodating. They are ready to help whenever you need something. I will definitely stay here again.

Close to both the train and bus stations. There's a working kitchen and a filtered drinking machine. Microwave and kettle available. Sufficient power plugs. Helpful staff. You get what you pay for.

Hostel with a room for 6 pax. The concept was that there is no check in and no receptionist. You were given a code to an electronic door lock to your room to access. This worked well for me when I arrived around 1 am from the airport. The lady operating the place was also nice... I messaged her at midnight and she responded! Location was not bad as it is about 1km to Hongdae and the Hongik University subway, which also has access to AREX.
