Hotel Cappuccino is super convenient if you need go around Gangnam. Also is close to Eonju Station, is easier to move and connect with main train lines.

I really wanted to enjoy Hotel Cappuccino, they have a great location, accessible to pets, and a hip interior.
But my 6day stay at this place was ruined one afternoon when I brought back my lunch to my room but couldn’t eat in my room because it was being cleaned. No big deal, I went to the downstairs cafe and started eating there, but the staff kicked me out because it was for guests who wanted to eat at the cafe. Honestly, there were plenty of tables and it’s not like I was taking away business but they fiercely insisted that it was bad for their cafe business.
I asked the front desk if there was a communal kitchen or any space for guests to simply enjoy a meal but they apologized for not having this, and encouraged me to wait 30mins until housekeeping was done with my room.
Would I recommend this to any tourist? Only if you’re ok with small spaces and mediocre customer service.
Also, their bidets provide enemas! Woohoo!

facilities are decent but not shining like they were a few years ago. rooms are set up efficiently! location is close to eonju subway station — requires transfers and a bit of walking. front desk staff are super nice! and patient. thank you!

Customer service was very horrible, beyond imagination. I was charged for something that was not my fault. The hotel refused to refund me so that I could go to another hotel and they could not do anything for the stress they caused me

I booked this hotel the day before J-HOPE's concert because it was a BTS filming location (*^^*)✨
The king-size bed was big and nice, and the TV was big! The room was small. But the hand washing area was outside the bathroom, which was convenient☺️This is just my personal opinion!
The cafe opens at 8:30☕I would have liked to go if my schedule had matched. But I was able to see it before it opened because it was connected to the hotel✌
If you're on Line 9️, it's right next to Eonju Station, so it's convenient for concerts! The hotel is a little uphill from Eonju Station, but it's close so I think it's fine! If you're coming from another station, I think that hill would be tough! I recommend getting off at Eonju Station!
