Overall, I had a pleasant stay here with my senior parents. We loved the amenities of the bathroom. The toilet came with japanese functions and it was useful for my parents. The location was near the guro digital complex station. It is not in the center of the touristy spots but being on the green line is convenient enough to bring you to most places. We loved the surrounding areas which had a wide selection of food places and they were generally affordable and of great quality. A few misses for us were the lack of ceramic mugs to hold hot water. Instead, they had given us paper cups on the first night but you would have to request if you like them to be replenished. The description of the room amenities and layout in trip.com were not accurate with the room that we were assigned to. Our room was supposed to come with a sofa but it did not come with it. They also requested for a credit card to be put on hold in case of damages. For this requirement, it is not stated upon booking with trip.com that this was needed. The staff noted our feedback but there wasn't much they could do about it. This would be a good place to stay if you do not mind traveling a little further to touristy spots.

Receptionist are very helpful. Location of hotel near to train station. Next to convenient store and most importantly rooms are big in size, enough space for 2 big luggage and 2 small luggage. Easy to unpack for travellers

One of my favourite places to stay in Seoul. The twin room is a little small but still fits two big luggages. The staff are friendly and nice, even provided early checkin. The location is amazing, walkable to metro and airport limo bus stop in under 6 minutes, and has so many food options - some even 24hours. Room toilets have a bidet which is fantastic.

Great hotel, location is nearby to Subway and Food, aswell Shopping. It was quite far to go anywhere though. But id still recommend to stay here at Guro Shilla

Shilla Stay Guro was a great place to stay. It was clean, the staff was very friendly, and it is right beside a main subway stop. I would definitely stay there again. There are two things I think could have been better: first the breakfast buffet price was a little high for what was offered, second the cleaning staff didn’t close our door properly after cleaning and therefore left our room open until we returned late in the evening. (This is why I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5).
