Bed, cushion and wifi are well prepared.
I can use hot water to take a bath in cold weather, and the host show me at least 2 bathrooms so I can take a bath without wating others for too long.
This place is not very far from Dongdaemun station. I arrived here at 8 a.m, left my luggage at lockers near Dongdaemun station gate number 3 (near metro subway number 1) then discover Seoul. Then, at 3 p.m, I got back here, unlock the locker and checked in.
Everything was fine, and it's pretty suitable for a person loving peaceful night time like me.

COBE Guesthouse location is conveniently location at Dongdaemun and Dongmyo station, accessible to many place of work interests.
The Guesthouse is very clean & tidy.
The host Jay Woo is very friendly and provide valuable information to go around.

You can get off at either subway stop between Dongdaemun and Dongmyo!
I was worried about whether there would be bath towels, but luckily there were.
