Enjoy staying here. It's very clean and organized. And I really like that. It's a self-check-in. It's also easy to do laundry because it's free and it's very conveniently located in Gwanakgu. My only issue is that it's very hands off so it's hard to get in touch with somebody if you have an issue. So as long as you don't have any issues you're fine, but if you need something you might be in a little bit of trouble to get in contact with somebody. I had a few different things happen like I could not log into Netflix and the laundry machine door wouldn't open. And both times I contacted the customer service but I wasn't able to get help in a timely manner. However, this is not really a big deal for me because I don't have any serious issues that I ran into. So my stay was really enjoyable and I would definitely stay here again long term. It's very affordable. The lighting in the room is good as well. However, I think it needs a lamp. And the bed is a little hard but not too uncomfortable. And the windows are very small and the view is not the best but it still works. So if you're looking for an affordable place to stay, this is a good choice.

We couldn’t enter our room twice as they had changed our room passcode. Front desk wasn’t responsive and usually uncontactable. Foreign cleaner was very disrespectful and rude as well.

It's understandable that the hotel is a little old, after all, the price is like that. Not to mention the bad environment. I wanted to check out, called and answered, but when I mentioned check out, they hung up on me (I can speak Korean) and blocked me. I asked a few friends to try it, and the results were the same. With such an attitude, you can do what you want. I wish you a prosperous business 😁

There is no elevator in the hotel, so we went up the stairs to the 4th floor. I understood that it was a motel because it was a lodging that I took in a hurry, but it was too bad. In the room where I stayed, the walls were tattered and the sound was audible. However, when I looked into the other rooms, there were also beautiful rooms.

Also, the key to the room was not allowed to be taken out, and the uncle at the reception robbed me of the key, telling me to leave it on the table at the entrance. Therefore, if you want to take out the key, it is best to leave without asking anything. Please put your valuables in a suitcase and lock it.
When I asked a local acquaintance later, he said, "It's the worst and most famous place that the locals know."
