I forgot to contact the owner in advance and was at a loss as to what to do, but a neighbor (?) contacted the owner and he came right away. The owner was very kind and explained the facilities carefully. The room was fine if you just went home alone to sleep! There were no problems with the shower temperature or water pressure.
However, I only stayed for one night, so if you're staying multiple nights, it may feel a little cramped to open your suitcase.
The location is right next to Gwangjang Market, and I think it's just the right place to go to Dongdaemun, Gwanghwamun, or anywhere else.
In any case, it was a good room if you're traveling alone and looking for good value for money.

部屋に洗濯機やコンロがあって便利です。タオルも必要以上に用意されていてよかったです。チェックインは入り口に入り口ドアの鍵の解除方法と、部屋への入り方が書かれた紙が貼ってあり、勝手に入るような形でした。チェックアウトも人を介さずしたので、宿の方とは全く顔を合わせていませんが問題なかったです。また利用したいと思います。

Pros: -Located very near Euljiro-4-ga station, exit 4, near Gwangjang market and has a very nice view of the Cheonggye stream. One can basically have morning or evening walks along the stream. -Room is quite big for a single room and for the price. Surprised with the amenities provided which include a hair dryer, TV with Youtube, Netflix, etc., clothes rack, lint remover, washer with laundry soap, hot plate oven and cookingware, ref, etc. It's almost a studio apartment for rent -Plenty of towels provided Cons: - No elevator so not advisable for those carrying very heave luggage especially the manager is not around -Pillow is a a bit small
