The hotel staff are very 'unfriendly'.
When I made a reservation through Trip.com, I made a reservation saying that parking is available, but the staff flatly refused, saying that parking was not possible at the hotel.
Instead of suggesting a solution, they only deal with other guests by telling them to solve it with Trip.com and tell them.
When a guest in the next room entered the room and said that the cleaning condition was insufficient and the insect screen was torn, he said that the room was randomly arranged, so he did not manage his expression.
Seeing the other key being given, I was impressed with the state of the service....
The room we entered was also very poorly cleaned, and the towels smelled of latex...
The bathtub is full of cigarette marks and hair.... The next visit to the doctor is 0%.
It's very unpleasant because it seems like they're playing too much with a good location.
At this price , I will go to a business hotel in the future .
