The hotel is conveniently located with direct access to the airport bus. The rooms are spacious, especially the toilet and bathroom, which are clean and roomy, featuring a bathtub for soaking. There are many eateries nearby, including several BBQ restaurants that offer good value for money with decent quality. The hotel also houses a large coffee chain on the ground floor, ideal for breakfast or afternoon tea. However, the gym's size is disappointingly small!

I recently stayed at Roynet Hotel Seoul Mapo and was disappointed with my experience. Despite raising serious concerns about my room, I felt that the hotel staff did not show genuine remorse or understanding of my situation.
On the night of my stay, I was disturbed by loud banging noises coming from the wardrobe area, which made it impossible for me to relax or sleep. Feeling unsafe and uncomfortable, I chose to check out early, even though I was offered a room change. I ultimately decided to book another hotel.
The lack of empathy in their email response only added to my frustration. I expected better customer service and support during a distressing situation. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

An excellent location adjacent to Mapo subway station and bus stations. There is a direct bus route to the airport, which takes only 45 minutes. The hotel boasts a very good cafe and restaurant situated on the first and second floors. The room was quite spacious, featuring a roomy bathroom equipped with a clean automated toilet system. The level of cleanliness surpassed my already high expectations. Additionally, the room cleaning service was excellent. While the front desk service was good, there is room for improvement in assisting guests with WowCard and providing basic recommendations in English.

This is the second time of me using this hotel and it was as last time a comfortable stay. The tidiness and cleanness was great and the location to and from airport is very convenient. Will definitely be my go to hotel in seoul.
