Very new and modern hotel, rooms are clean and pleasant and easy access to local transportation. Breakfast is expensive, but there are lots of coffee shops in the area as an alternative.

Very convenient location. Easy excess to subway and airport bus
Front desk staff is friendly and helpful, able to address my questions promptly
They gym room is a bit small, Anyhow, equipment is kept at good condition.

Reception has good service, they are friendly and with smile. But the lady waitress at 21st floor is awful, while we are looking at the menu, she was so impatient and was putting on her handcream while waiting for us and also playing her phone, which is obviously so unprofessional!! And she rolled her eyes on us!
Nevertheless, inside the room there’s a cockroach…
Although it’s not a big one, but really?
It’s quite disgusting..
