Location is good, room standard however room service did not do a good job in terms of cleaning.

The location is great and no climbing of stairs at all with elevator to lobby from train station via link bridge. Room size is reasonable. 1 downside is the room floor gets slippery when wet.

The stay was ok, except that the ice bucket and cup was left uncleared.
Location was great, connected to Yongsan station via a sheltered walkway. Take exit 3 towards Seoul Dragon City and take the lift to level 1 to the lobby.
Nice cafes and restaurants in the Sin Yongsan area by bus..
Back to the hotel - the concierge tagged my bags to another name. I had to unlock my tablet with my fingerprint to prove it's my bag.. (my fault for losing the ticket and yay for security). 🤣

The hotel was clean, tidy and comfortable. The room was a great size and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The metro is literally next door to the hotel and was perfect for travelling to different parts soul.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was lovely and clean. It had a lovely cafe at the entrance that we enjoyed breakfast at. The gym was a decent size and the staff were friendly. The hotel is convenient as it has a subway station on floor 2 which was perfect.

The hotel is located in a very central location, within walking distance of Tokyo Tower and the historic Senso Ji. Metro stations are 5 minutes away and you can reach other important points of the city by metro in 10 minutes. The staff is very attentive. We stayed as a family. Thank you
