Rating: 3/5 – Disappointing for a Claimed 4-Star Hotel
We initially chose this hotel because of the advertised shuttle bus service to various destinations, but unfortunately, it had already ended in April 2025—something we only found out after arriving. That was a big disappointment and really affected our plans.
I also regret not following my instinct to book a hotel in a more prominent area with a grander lobby and a better international breakfast. Although this hotel claims to be 4-star, the overall vibe and decor don't reflect that.
The lobby is small and lacks any sense of grandeur, partly because it's shared with other commercial spaces. The breakfast was another letdown—95% of the offerings stayed the same across four days, with a very limited selection. It didn’t feel like a 4-star experience, and we didn’t even bother going for seconds.
The room was decently sized but had two large, useless items that just took up space: a ground-level air conditioner and a tall, enclosed unit that served no purpose. The closet was also too small. The bathroom had no anti-slip mat in the tub, which is a safety concern, especially for families with young kids.
The one bright spot in our stay was Alex, a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. He really stood out by helping us with directions and thoughtful suggestions, unlike some of his colleagues who brushed off our questions by saying certain shops were "not in Seoul." Kudos to Alex for his excellent service!
Overall, the hotel fell short of expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it—especially when better options are available in the area.
