Hotel itself was fine, but the air conditioner was loud and the fridge was suddenly loud at night.

It's about a 3-minute walk from Kokkai-gijido Station.
Since I stayed there on a holiday, it was quieter than on weekdays, but there were cafes and convenience stores nearby so it wasn't a problem.
The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.
