I found the KOBOS hotel very convenient because it's comfortable, quiet, clean and close to a bus stop for the airport. It offers good value for money and the staff are helpful.

Hotel itself was fine, but the air conditioner was loud and the fridge was suddenly loud at night.

The gentleman at the counter was very friendly. They all speak English and Korean. The air conditioner made a little noise on the first day but it was completely normal on the second day. I stayed for three days in a row. The room was very well maintained. On the second day, I went out and forgot to put my wallet and ID in the room. I realized I didn't take them out until I got home that night. The hotel is of good quality. They helped put it on the table in the room (thank you very much). I will stay here again next time.

I got a twin room, which was very spacious and comfortable!
It was cold in March, but the room was warm and there was a bathtub, so it was great! There was nice smelling body soap, shampoo, and treatment.
It was helpful that I could use the Japanese outlets as they were.
The outlet on the desk had a bad connection, so I had trouble finding a place to use the hair dryer. Also, as I saw in other reviews, the towels seemed worn out. If you are concerned about this, I recommend bringing your own towels.

I stayed here for the first time at a K-POP idol concert. There is a bus stop from Incheon International Airport nearby, and there are many convenience stores, Starbucks cafes, etc., and the National Assembly Building is nearby, so there are many police officers, so I think the security is good. The room was spacious and clean. If I had to say one thing, it was that there was a sign saying that there was a laundry on the floor, but I couldn't find it.
