Recommended to stay here as staff were very friendly and assisted fully in checking in and providing assistance. Breakfast was pretty decent as well and area was close to station, so it was easy to access other food areas such a Myeongdong. However, not much food options in the proximity of the hotel, aside from a 24hr ramyeon store.

very convenient location, 5 mins walkimg to Euljiro (1) ga station. Myeongdong shopping area is right below the hotel. The room was a bit smaller than expected. Also bc of the winter season, air conditioning unit switch to heating which made room a little stuffy at the start. reception very quickly brought up a fan to circulate air and it was overall a comfortable stay 😁
Wonderful experience!
Comfortable stay, the room was neat and tidy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
One of the highlights of this hotel is its fantastic surrounding facilities. There's a CU right next to the hotel lobby, Also, the Hyundai department store is right in the same building is a great bonus for shopping. Plus, the Doota mall behind the hotel, providing even more options for late-night shopping until 12am!

Located in the Dongdaemun district, the hotel is just a minute’s walk from a nearby seafood market & across Travelodge hotel. The surrounding neighborhood has a few eateries and attractions, but it requires some walking to reach Dongdaemun History & Culture Park. The stretch from Euljiro 4(sa)-ga Station to the hotel is lined with shops selling doors, faucets, and other household items, along with the usual convenience stores like CU, GS25, and 7-Eleven. Myeongdong is fairly close—just two train stops away (a 5–6 minute ride).
Bringing luggage can be challenging due to the lack of escalators in the station and the approximately 10-minute walk to the hotel. However, we found exits 7 and 8 particularly useful, as they remain underground, providing shelter from rain or snow, and lead to street level with less than a one-minute walk to the hotel.
The hotel was overall clean. Although it was supposed to be spring during our stay, the weather was highly unpredictable, with temperatures ranging from 1°C to 10°C. The AC control was a bit confusing—while the translation was understandable, only hot air came out regardless of the temperature setting. After contacting hotel management via WhatsApp, we learned that during winter or cold weather, only the heater function is available, so we had to open the windows slightly to regulate the temperature.
The hotel provides UK-style sockets, and the toilet seats are heated (a nice touch!), but the bidet function wasn’t fully operational—only the female bidet setting worked, so adjustments were needed. The tea was particularly good, and they replenished it daily, except on our last day when they didn’t provide more. Laundry is available above the 8th floor, with 2 washing machines & 2 dryers. Both machines requires 1000 Won coins & a machine to change paper notes.
Staff are available from 9 AM to 11 PM, so plan accordingly. For assistance or information outside these hours, you can contact them via WhatsApp, Line, or KakaoTalk. Overall we had a good stay, clean, friendly & helpful staff. Locality was ok but if you want instant access to eateries & other POIs maybe you’ll want to reconsider.

A colleague introduces HOMES Stay to me so I decided to give it a try. No disappointment!!! Airport limo 6015 bring me directly there (bus stop to alight is G3 and 2mins walk to reach). Take a lift to B2 for check in. HOMES Stay is just above Chungmuro Station Exit 5, there are some steps which are manageable and this take me to B1 that have a lift to the rooms. GS25 and Starbucks are at L1 and walking distance to Myeongdong.
Staff are helpful and friendly too. Umbrella are free for guest to use on rainy days. Allow luggage storage before/ after check in. There are also washroom at B2 so you can freshen up if you arrive in the early morning.
Am a solo traveller but room is good enough for 2 pax and can put up to 2 big luggage. Toilet and shower are separated by a glass door. Other necessities provided are fridge, washer cum dryer (bring your own detergent), safe, room slipper, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, hand wash, body lotion, microwave, some plates & bowls and cutleries.
Housekeeping are not daily but they will change towels, clear the rubbish, put 2 bottles of water and top up toilet roll for you.
PROS: Chungmuro Station is an interchange hence super convenient, Clean
CONS: NIL
One of the worst hotel I ever stay ! Staffs extremely impolite and screaming at customers ! I shall never come to this hotel again ... maybe is their corporate culture .... the staff at the front entrance is extremely bad temper ! I cannot imagine will be treated like this at a hotel at this price in Seoul .....
Anyway never again this hotel !! Never !

Def going back to this hotel! Perfect location! Very accessible! Right beside myeongdong shopping street, at the building’s ground floor there are convenient stores, a lululemon, and an olive young. It’s also right across the lotte dept store, also very close to subway and bus stops including the airport bus. The reception staff are friendly and can communicate well in english. They can even lend you an adaptor for your electronic devices, and you can leave your luggages at the lobby if you ever arrive/ check out early. most of all the rooms were clean and spacious!
What a great experience from the start! Had the hotel pick me up from the airport bus stop on arrival and they have regular shuttle bus available to the nearest subway station ( or you can choose to walk up/downhill).
The hotel room itself was very clean and comfortable and I really appreciate the turn down service they offer. The surroundings of the hotel is very beautiful too. I made use of the gym and sauna for the 4 days I stayed there and could say the gym has one of the best equipments for a hotel standard. The hotel can be quite busy with non-hotel guests but it didn't bother me at all. I will definitely be back to try their buffet at the Parkview another time!

From the Incheon airport, you can take AREX and change to line 1 at Seoul Station. You can change to line 4 from Seoul station and get off at the next station, Hoehyeon station. You can go to exit 3. Unfortunately, there is no escalator, so if you have heavy luggage and things, you must go up the stairs yourself. Except for this drawback, the location was good, near Myeondong, and I also went to the Namsan cable car on foot. The welcoming and check-in process was easy. The breakfast selection was varied and a little bit crowded. Room cleaning is not satisfactory, cause the inside door area of my room was sticky and it remained for three consecutive days. The gym and pool were small. To sum up, I would love to stay again next time.

The location is good, in food distance fron all main tourist's locations.
On one side is a construction work but it was silent during our stay
Rooms with Japanese style toilet. Room is not spacious but okay
Be careful when booking here - I always assumed that when you book on trip.com with breakfast it includes for all guest - but here for the first time it's one breakfast per guest.
Although want to point out that we were asked for deposit - asked for credit card whicg we didn't had, asked staff to deposit in us dollars - they said that it isn't possible. But when we said that credit card is not an option - they took the blank for cash deposit immediately.
I don't appreciate lying. Besides that we didn't had much contact with stuff

Great
Ssaebomhourgood cleanliness, and friendly service staff
their lobby is amazing, with free microwace, coffee machine and a water cooler
although far from subway stations, theres plenty of convenience stores nearby
room is not very spacious but it is decent enough
AAnonymous UserGreat location, hotels close to everywhere I wanted to go. From airport can take bus 6015 and alight at ibis, Stanford hotel is just beside ibis. One downside is the doors are not soundproof and Toilet fixtures seems a bit old as well

GGuest UserGood location, bit up the hill but located close to the subway station.
Not very social so not that great for solo travelers.
The female dorm is on the 5th and has no windows or air circulation, the ac was off and no way of getting fresh air in. Many people were sick and coughing all night when the room was boiling hot.

CCL2My recent stay at UH Suite Central Seoul was nothing short of perfect. Impeccable cleanliness throughout. Peter, Jace, and Victoria exemplified hospitality at its finest, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The attention to detail in the rooms and common areas showcased the hotel's commitment to excellence. Its central location made exploring Seoul a breeze. I highly recommend UH Suite for a flawless stay in Korea. Lift abit small

BBrandonFirst time visiting S. Korea. The front desk was really nice with translations, directions and help setting up tours of the city and DMZ. Breakfast was simple selection of cereals, yogurts, juices, and fruits. The street that this hostel is on, is jammed packed with shops and restaurants. Be aware, this hostel close at 10pm. If you are not there before that time you may be locked out for the night like we were.

DDeksonThe hotel’s location is convenient, but the overall experience was disappointing. The room itself is basic, offering minimal amenities. A major issue occurred when I couldn’t enter my room at midnight because the door’s battery had died. I had to wait over an hour for staff to resolve the problem, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. This incident overshadowed my stay and highlighted poor maintenance and service response. While the location is great, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

PpinちゃんI love this hotel.
The people at the front desk are also very kind. It cannot be denied that it is old, but the bathroom and toilet are spacious and clean. There is even a bathtub.
The rooms are so spacious that it's a shame to waste them, and you can stay there comfortably.
The sauna time ends early in the evening, so I used the bath in my room in the evening and the sauna in the morning.
It's a fun time interacting with the locals.
Also, the lady in the sauna doesn't speak, but she understands Japanese.
Of course, the people at the hotel front desk can speak Japanese.
It's a good hotel.
タタケノコノコThe location is very good. The room was very warm with floor heating, and the room never got cold even during my trip in November. The amenities were not small, but shared lotion, milky lotion, comb, etc., but I didn't use them.
I stayed here because I was only going to sleep, so I was looking for a cheap place, but I won't be coming back.
