It was an absolutely perfect experience. The staff were professional, warm, and genuinely friendly from the moment we arrived. The service throughout the stay was excellent, and every interaction felt welcoming. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel’s convenient location connected to KLIA made everything even more seamless.

Booked a room to stay in before our 23.20 flight to Heathrow. Lovely to be so close to terminal one with the buggy transfer to take us and our cases the short distance.
Hotel is beautiful and with a large lobby and outdoor area great to walk around. Staff exceptional helping with lifts,meals,cases etc. A great variety of food and a bar available throughout the day .if I returned to KL I would definitely stay here again .

The hotel is near T1. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is big, clean and quiet. I had a pleasant stay during the long flight. Highly recommended for the transit passengers or passengers who want to stay at the airport area.

這次住在Sama-Sama Hotel Kuala Lumpur真的很不錯！酒店就在機場旁邊，走路或者坐接駁車都超方便。房間乾淨寬敞，隔音很好，完全聽不到飛機的聲音。工作人員態度特別好，還幫忙提行李、指路。早餐種類多又好吃。轉機或者趕早班機都很適合住這裏，下次還會再來！👍

真的太nice了，這麼好的酒店竟然沒宣傳到位，比圖片好看太多，空間很大，很大氣，不錯專業的健身房，還有小造景瀑布在外面喝個飲品太合適了，擺渡車也超級快，直接送到機場裏面，工作人員服務態度也很好，服務得很到位，氛圍不錯，也有會説中文的工作人員。
