We arrived around 10pm for a one-night transit stay before our overseas flight. The family room was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults and 1 baby, with 2 beds. The surroundings were also calm and quiet. We didn't have much time to enjoy the facilities, but overall the experience was good. The only issue was that the power kept tripping in our room, but after we requested a room change, the issue was resolved. Overall, a good and comfortable choice for a short stay near KLIA."
