This is a great stay for traveller to catch their flights. However, basic amenities as toothbrush are not included. Apart from that, everything is okay

Had a great stay at Tune Hotel Klia2. The location was great, just a 3 minutes walk from the airport. The room is also clean and the air conditioning also works well.

I check in after 3.30am, due to my super delayed flight. I’m so exhausted from the journey, I just want to get ready to sleep. However when I enter the room, what shows in the photos is what I get. The place is very messy and dirty it is not suitable for people to stay in and unready, they could have informed me when I check in that the room was not ready yet, that would be much better than I go up and realised the room conditions are like ****. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! The chamber maid did not clean the mug. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY IN THIS WORLD TO STAY IN THIS AIRPORT HOTEL!!!

We stayed in Klia Tune hotel for one day and I had mixed feelings about this place. Once we checked in we get room on 2 floor and it had a strong cigarette smell, then we changed it to another room and those 2 rooms were moldy. Finally we decided to upgrade our room to premium and that was totally different and pleasant experience. Room was spacious and clean, no issues with ventilation and strange smells.
Breakfast in this place was awesome for its price and it was tasty.
Overall experience is very good. If you have long transits between your flights this hotel will be good option for you.
