여러가지 유형의 객실을 팔았는데 1층 방으로 배정 됐음. 변경 요청을 했으나 모두 판매되어 변경이 불가하다는 피드백을 받음. 1층 방을 저 가격에 판매할거라면 사전에 고지했었어야 한다고 생각함.
트립닷컴에선 4성급이라 소개했으나 현지에 도착하고 보니 지역 로컬 2성급 호텔이었음. 걍 호스텔 급이란 소리임. 호텔에 무슨 리셉션 데스크도 없겠나.
화장실과 방에 환풍기가 없어 샤워 후 모든 습기가 침구로 흡수됨. 여름이 아니었음에도 너무 습했음. 화장실에서 바퀴벌레 나옴.
체크아웃 직후 건물 관리자가 방 안을 바로 확인하는 소리를 들음. 매우 불쾌했음. 분실물을 확인하려면 방 나가기 전에 확인하라고 하던가 무슨 물건 훔쳐가는거 확인하는 것도 아니고.
가장 크리티컬 했던 건 1층이라 오고 가는 행인이 방안을 다 들여다볼 수 있었음^^….그럼 공지사항에 블라인드 사용하는 방법을 고지하던지 창문에 선팅을 하던지.
그렇게 장사하지 마쇼.
