"The facilities were fine and the service was good, but the cleaning was awful. You'd find hair, other odd things, and makeup left by the previous guest. They even moved us to a different room a second time, and it still wasn't clean. It was dusty, the glasses were dirty and stained, and the faucet didn't work. It was a terrible experience because that's why I wanted to go to a good hotel—to avoid cleaning problems."

"I didn’t expect to be the first reviewer of this hotel. This hotel is really amazing! Chong who has artistic talent, loves cleanliness and provides considerate service! All the pictures are direct shots of the original pictures. It deserves to be ranked in the design list. It is really beautiful. I even like the wallpaper. The hotel alone is absolutely stunning. It is also clean and tidy, and the equipment is easy to use. The service is very considerate. There are snacks at the door, good morning chocolate and water every day, so there is a great sense of detail. I think this is the most satisfying hotel in my trip. The living room and dining room on the first floor are also very beautiful. In short, if you like beauty, you can definitely come here. The location is within walking distance to the Royal Palace and Cathedral of Seville. It only takes ten minutes. It’s very easy to shop along the street."

"It was just okay. The location isn't great; you have to walk a bit to get to the bus stops, and it's not particularly close to any of the main attractions. The snacks at the convenience store nearby weren't very good either. As for the bedding, it really was just two sheets with a duvet in between, exactly as some reviews mentioned – I was quite surprised by that! The rooftop pool is very small, and there's an outdoor bar next to it. However, the breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied."

I expected a bit more conversation at the reception – like asking if I was a tourist, or if I wanted information on interesting places to visit. The room was fine. You can tell it's old, but it's been given a facelift. It has a small kitchen (which is all you need) and a bathroom that, in my opinion, is quite small."

"The hotel is a renovated 17th century old house, but the room facilities are very modern and comfortable. The view from the rooftop is especially beautiful, especially in the morning when the sun shines directly on the cathedral, which is very beautiful. The hotel is not far from the attractions, and it takes only half an hour to walk to the main attractions. It takes only ten minutes to get to the Royal Palace and the Cathedral. The restaurant recommended by the hotel is also very delicious, and it takes only ten minutes to walk. Very good hotel! Despite being slightly outside the city centre, the staff were all some of the smiliest, friendliest people and helpful in all aspects from booking trips to finding restaurants. I’d say the true mark of a great hotel is somewhere you feel comfortable and this hit all the bases. If you’re happy to make a short journey into the town every day, I’d highly recommend this hotel. Also, the pool, gym and breakfast buffet are unbelievable. I almost don’t want to add a review to keep it as a hidden gem!"
