"Room prices were crazy during the NYE period, so we were really pleased to have snagged a good deal with Ibis considering the relatively good standards of the hotel. The room’s design was cute which was a bonus but more importantly, its location was pretty good and staff were nice and friendly too. Housekeeping service was not the best upon check-in, but we didn’t request for housekeeping service during our stay so can’t comment on that. Amenities were pretty minimal or even lacking as there was no mini fridge nor kettle & cups. However, there is a filtered water dispenser at the lift corner so that makes up for the lack of kettle and in fact is a good idea since it’s environmentally-friendly. Would be good if the hotel could provide some cups though. Overall, a v enjoyable stay and would recommend Ibis to all coming to Seville!"

"The front desk is open 24 hours, so we were able to check in smoothly even though we arrived in Seville at 10 PM. The hotel's location is excellent – it's quiet but still close to everything. There are plenty of restaurants right outside, and it's super convenient to get to all the popular attractions. The room was a little small, but we absolutely loved the terrace."

"Not quite in the heart of historic Seville but it is close to it (less than 5 mins) and close also to the bus station. We stayed in a comfort room (no view as you can see in the pic) but it was clean and the decor made it not feel gloomy. The rooftop bar was worth a visit even if it’s just to catch the cathedral especially at night. After checkout, we left our bags safely in the luggage hold and when we returned, the staff kindly helped us to get a taxi. For the price it was a good stay."

"Avoid, avoid, avoid! First off, if you're paying hostel prices for this 'hotel,' then I suppose it's alright. But if you're paying 4-star hotel prices, then this place is definitely a rip-off! Proper hotels or hostels in Europe usually have ratings displayed at the entrance, but this place has nothing. That means it's an unlicensed establishment. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and the elevator only worked on the first day. For the remaining three days, it was out of order. Every day there was a notice saying it would be back in service 'tomorrow,' but that 'tomorrow' never came! Most of the guests here are Chinese, probably about 60% (from my observations over four days). There are tons of low-rated reviews on Google, which I've also included in the pictures for everyone to judge for themselves! (This is after who knows how many Google reviews the owner has deleted!) The amenities are also typical hostel quality. And yet, I paid 1600+ RMB per night, totaling 5000 RMB! I definitely booked this place because of misleading photos! I blame myself for not doing more research and checking Google reviews! I hope this serves as a warning to everyone! When traveling, fellow travelers should help each other. We all work hard for our money, so let's not let unscrupulous businesses think we're naive and rich! **Facilities:** Barely hostel level, nothing more! **Cleanliness:** The shower room isn't sealed well. While open-plan bathrooms look nice, they require excellent ventilation, odor removal, and shower sealing. If they can't achieve that, they shouldn't be open-plan. **Environment:** The location is convenient, and my room on the 5th floor did offer good privacy. However, when the elevator is broken, you have to carry your luggage yourself! Think about the price again! 5000+ RMB and carrying your own luggage! **Service:** The front desk staff are indeed friendly, but aren't hostel front desks friendly too?!"

"Thanks to you, I had the best trip to Seville. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they provided helpful maps and information about the Seville area, which made my stay even more enjoyable. My back was a bit awkward, but the friendly and helpful staff made my trip even more enjoyable. Thank you. The room was spacious enough to fit two suitcases, and it was clean and well-maintained. I was impressed by the amenities, including a closet, hair dryer, and hangers, which made for a comfortable stay. Even though I visited in the winter, the heater worked well, keeping me warm. The shared kitchen was spacious, making it perfect for a quick breakfast! The shared bathroom was clean, and the location was great, so I had a great rest."

"Location is the best point about this hotel, really near to the city center (old city) and lot of turistics points such as the cathedral, Giralda and Real Alcazar (around 7min by foot) and Plaza de España is 20 min by foot. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is not available but there is a coffee shop at the first floor and also cafeterias surrounding the hotel. The bedroom was comfortable ans celan. The size of the room is ok for 2 nights. The only point is the bathroom, the walls are made of glass and it is transparent...as a suggestion, I would like recommend to put some material not transparent to allow more privacy (when you are travelling with someone else)."

"This local 3-star hotel in Seville had a very welcoming front desk, and they even spoke a few simple Chinese phrases. The room was clean and tidy, and there was an orange tree right outside the window, though it was still early in the season, so only green oranges were visible. The breakfast quality left much to be desired, and there was no complimentary mineral water in the room. However, there were plenty of small supermarkets nearby, making it easy to buy supplies. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance of the Seville Royal Alcázar and Plaza de España."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's a 10-minute walk to Seville Cathedral, and even closer to the Seville Bullring. All major attractions are within walking distance, and right downstairs there's a street with major brand stores. It's lively but also quiet. However, on Saturdays and Sundays, many young people drink until dawn and can be quite noisy at times. Everything has two sides: the convenience also means that the building across the street has a clear view into the rooms. This was the only hotel I've stayed in since coming to Spain where I didn't dare open the window, so the air in the room wasn't very fresh. Luckily, the hotel has air conditioning. The hotel staff were very friendly. The lighting design in the room wasn't very practical. The spotlights were dazzling when lying in bed, and when you turned one light off, all the lights in the room went out. It truly is a three-star hotel."
