The hotel room was clean and well furnished but the customer service was truly deplorable. We checked into the hotel midday at a non peak hour but the attitude we received was purely unadulterated racism. The young woman checking us in was on her phone texting throughout the process and was uncooperative in providing the necessary information about their own hotel, going as far as to curse "you chinese" in Spanish under her breath as if we couldn't understand. She only improved her tone after some persuasion in English. I find this kind of service in stark contrast to the quality of the hotel and has ruined my time here in Sevilla.

The house is very good and I will choose to live here again next time I come. The location is also very convenient. There are vegetable markets around and you can walk to several attractions. It is very clean and the price is good.

酒店在老城區，在預訂的時候沒有注意是沒有停車的，一不小心開過一點就在老城區繞圈2公里才可以再到酒店，酒店門口就在馬路上，根本沒法停下車來拿下行李，還有都是單行路，當我們要把車停到酒店推薦的停車場又一次圍着城繞圈，進停車場緊張的讓自己懷疑是不是會開車，不推薦給自駕的朋友，但是非常推薦不開車的家庭出遊者，公寓套房很好，推薦這個酒店附近的這家餐廳非常贊。
