It was very good apartment. I must say affordable luxury. Rooms were nicely done and the kitchenette was also nice. For 2 people it was more than sufficient space and would be ideal for a small family too as there were 2 bathrooms and the sitting area was also good. Amenities were good and upto a 4 star class. Only 3 things need improvement. 1. There should be some outside grilling in the balcony as the locks were all broken from the balcony. 2. For checkin the other hotel directions were little confusing. 3. Early check ins should be allowed in case the travelers have reached an hour or so before.

Very well equipped apartment, with everything needed for a family. Rooms with very comfortable beds Very clean. Extremely friendly from Sérgio (Zaida hotel) who helped us find a free parking space.

Very spacious apartment with two bathrooms, kitchenette with washing machine, bedroom and living room right in the old town. Very clean, lovely towels! Checking in at the hotel around the corner was very easy.

Estoy muy desilusionada con mi experiencia. Durante mi estancia, olvidé un objeto de valor en el establecimiento. Al contactarlos, me confirmaron que estaba estaba allí y que podía pasar a retirarlo en cualquier momento. Sin embargo, cuando finalmente logré coordinar la recogida, me informaron que, según sus políticas, los objetos olvidados se desechan después de 15 días. En ningún momento se me informó de esta política, ni por correo electrónico ni en las comunicaciones previas. Si hubiera sabido de esta regla, habría actuado con mayor celeridad. Lo más decepcionante es que no me brindaron ninguna solución al respecto y mi objeto, que era nuevo, desapareció. Me queda la sensación de que se quedaron con mi pertenencia. El manejo de la situación fue deficiente y el servicio en general, nefasto. No recomendaría este lugar por la falta de transparencia y de atención al cliente.

Me atrevo a decir que es un alojamiento casi perfecto. Tremendamente amplio, con dos baños, horno-microondas, lavadora-secadora, nevera combi y Nespresso. Además te dejan una bandejita de bienvenida con un par de piezas de bollería, un par de infusiones, y un par de cápsulas de café. Mencionar que también tendrás cepillos de dientes, tapones para los oídos y una cápsula de detergente para la lavadora. Esos pequeños detalles ayudan a estar más cómodo y a sentirte como en casa. En nuestro caso nos salía a unos 50€ la noche, lo cuál es súper económico. Cero ruidos, completamente a tu bola y tengo claro que si vuelvo a Sevilla, elegiremos este lugar.

Apartamento muito bem localizado, limpo e com tudo que é necessário para uma estadia em sevilha. Nao tem estacionamento do alojamento mas existe um parque perto com desconto para quem está alojado nos Apartamentos.
