Nice location but that’s about it I hardly ever leave reviews and we travel quite often. I was not pleased with this place. There were no blankets for our kids…I asked and asked and asked…with 1 rely being…”look on the bed” ….*sigh* Ants, stains, ect Location was good however no parking at all. I would stay here as there are many more options

We booked a Deluxe Duplex for 2 people as it was advertised on ******* as a 2-bedroom. This is NOT a 2-bedroom, it is a 1 bedroom with 2 sofa beds (living room and 2nd floor living room). Bad: The sofa beds desperately need an upgrade. We could not open them so we called our ‘host’ very late on our first night, who helped us. We were told that they were being replaced the week (April 26 to May2) that we were there. No sofa changes happened during our 6-night stay. They are not comfortable. But the bedding is clean. Hopefully by the time you read this, there are new sofa beds that work. One key card for everyone staying which is inconvenient to go in/out separately. Because of power outage on Apr 28, we were given ‘real’ keys for main and room doors, which we were told were the ‘only’ copies. Wifi worked best on the main level. You must contact the ‘host’ for any housekeeping. Our garbage was not picked up during our 6-night stay or beds made. The coffee maker did not work consistently. We asked for a replacement and more coffee pods but this did not happen. Narrow spiral staircase between floors isn’t great if you have mobility issues or large, heavy, luggage. Pool water was very cloudy green, we did not swim in it. Only shower soap provided, no other toiletries. Good: location is near to town centre and restaurants, flamenco show in the next building, the master bedroom is comfortable, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchenette with good sized fridge, safe area for walking at night, taxi pick up at property to airport, helpful staff and easy to contact through Whatsapp (they helped booked taxi to airport), rooftop terrace on 2nd floor, elevator on property, common area rooftop pool and lounge chairs, clean common areas, laundry facilities in lower level (which we did not get to use, though you have to wait until cleaning staff is finished using them) We chose this hotel based on criteria we needed at time of booking. Make sure you read all of the reviews on the hotel sites and their Frequently Asked Questions. This is not your typical hotel with front desk, but they are very accessible 24/7 through Whatsapp, similar to some on AirBnB.

We booked a Deluxe Duplex room. On the first level is a bedroom with an ensuite shower area, a separate toilet, small kitchen/dining area and a sofa bed in the living area. Up the narrow spiral stairway is another sofa bed and a combined shower/toilet. The terrace can be accessed from here. Space is just right for 4 people and finding room for the luggage was a bit tricky for the occupant of the upper room. We found a place for it under the stairs. Laundry facilities are located in the basement but we didn’t get to use them. This accommodation is neat and very handy to the Alcazar and the Cathedral and restaurants. It really is central to everything. Plaza Espanya, Setas, Calle Sierpes, Flamenco Museum are all walking distance from here. We felt safe walking around the area at night. Irene allowed us in after we forgot to bring our key. So thankful that she’s contactable late at night. Highly recommended!

Great location in the middle of everything in the old town. Well equiped apartment with a very nice terrace on the roof. The sofa beds need an upgrade in this apartment as they felt like they were falling apart. The host came to try and fix it, but not even the host could not fix it properly. Also, a recomnendation to the host is to offer more key cards. Only one key card is too few when you are a family of more people who wants to go in/out independently.

Nowhere to stop the car to unload luggage and non existent check-in desk, would have been easier if known this before our arrival! Nearby car park was full so had a challenge trying to park our vehicle. Accommodation was adorable! Really enjoyed location and comfortable property.

The room was very dark and the only windows opened out into the hotel lobby, not the outdoors. Although there was fresh air into the lobby from the atrium at the top, we had to keep windows closed because people coming and going in the lobby were very loud and sounded like they were in our room. The room smelled like mildew and nothing, including bath towels, would ever dry due to lack of air circulation. The sofa bed was broken and collapsed if any weight was put at the end of the bed. The loft bed creaked every time I moved at all, making me worried it would fall onto my daughter sleeping on the (broken) sofa bed beneath. And for the last 2 days of our stay, there was no hot water at all and no communication from the hotel staff about what was going on.
