The hotel location is in the middle of town which can easily to access most sightseeing spot. The room so comfy make me feel like at home and the service is thoughtful. Every guest will have a welcome gift basket and cards. It’s value for money. I am very happy to come again to stay next time.

Everything was fine, the lady at the front desk was also very welcoming, but when I checked in, they asked me to register my credit card. As a result, after I returned home, I found that the hotel had stolen 79.2 euros on June 30th without any notification, no card was swiped, and there was no other consumption signature except the signature for check-in. Now I can only rely on Ctrip to coordinate. They said they would send an email. It has been two days and I am still waiting. It is said that there are four consumptions under my name. My companion and I can't think of any consumption points. Except for the welcome bread, fruit and free juice in the refrigerator, and the towels that were changed (they were not changed during house keeping), there were no other points. This is the best hotel experience in this trip to Spain. The two ladies at the front desk are very friendly and full of smiles. The hotel's simple and stylish design is very relaxing, the kitchen utensils are very complete, and there are free welcome fruit bread and minibar.
The hotel is located in the core of the old town, opposite cafes, supermarkets, ham shops, etc., and there are several flamenco shows within a 3-minute walk.
I will definitely book here again next time I come and hope to maintain this level of service.
