Convenient transportation, not far from the subway station, although there are many homeless people in the city center, it is two streets away from here, just don't go there. It is convenient to eat downstairs, Starbucks is only about 200 meters away, and there is a simple bakery on the left of the same building exit, and a Chinese restaurant and a Japanese restaurant on the left. Many people say that the room is small, and the square meters should be considered when booking. I chose a deluxe king-size bed room, which is still OK for two people. I just like the city with different weather outside the window. It is clean and soundproof. There is a water-adding machine in the corridor, as well as an ice-making machine. Two bottles of water at the bedside are free. Don't throw away the bottles after drinking. Use the big bottle mouth to get water. It seems that the hotel is attentive. There are people who can speak Chinese at the front desk, and the housekeeping department has them. The overall service is in place. There are apples in the gym😆😆😆😆

Wonderful Stay at The Clift Royal Sonesta During our recent stay at The Clift Royal Sonesta in San Francisco, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel’s modern yet classic ambiance made for a sophisticated and comfortable atmosphere. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The staff truly stood out with their warm hospitality and attentiveness. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any requests. They provided great recommendations for local dining and attractions, which enhanced our trip even more. The hotel’s location is another major plus. Situated in the heart of San Francisco, it was easy to walk to Union Square, great restaurants, and shopping areas. Public transportation was also easily accessible, making it convenient to explore other parts of the city.

The staff are friendly and mostly can speak cantonese. The location was alright, difficult to find on the first day. Parking in SF is generally expensive. Room was dusty and the sofa give me rashes. However, the walk from Powell Station has a street of homeless people which I feel unsafe for ladies and young kids.

Good location to many attractions. However the bell service is really bad. The answer to the request of borrowing umbrella during rainy day is ”No. It's your own responsibility”. Have never mer thus kind of rude service in a hotel.

The hotel was great in almost every aspect, it was nice that even though breakfast was not included they still offered coffee, pastries and fruits in the morning. The only downside was an amenities charge of 20 dollars that we were not aware of. Supposedly that for wifi when it said it was already included.

Good location, restaurants nearby. Room is clean. Only thing that needs to be upgraded is coffee machine which is bit outdated. Food & beverage on main lobby is good and affordable, had a pepperoni pizza which was so good. Would book again when in SF

Excellent hotel, the staff here are truly amazing and definitely make you feel at home, regardless of what time of day you come back they are always there to greet you. Special thanks to Jeffrey, whom worked during the night shift for the best of the best service. We are in love with this hotel and definitely will be coming back in soon time.

Old money style hotel. The service is very good. The room was very clean and the bed and bathroom linens were clean and comfortable. The hotel is on Nebel Mountain, quiet, the streets are clean, and very safe! Give a full 5 star rating!

My recent stay at Grand Hyatt was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with impeccable service and a warm welcome that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location is simply stunning, offering breathtaking views and easy access to all the major attractions in the city. The accommodations were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with every modern convenience to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff at Grand Hyatt went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They were attentive, friendly, and always went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed.

This is the smallest Ritz-Carlton I have ever stayed in. The sensor setting of the refrigerator in the room of the Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco is really too small. Location: The location is near the red line of the cable car, which is the place where the Internet celebrity punches in. Just turn right and climb a steep slope when you leave the hotel. Room facilities: This is the worst Ritz-Carlton I have ever stayed in. The room should be renovated. It is quite small. The overall layout is just average. And I was given a very far room. From the elevator to the room, you have to walk for a long time. If you push the box, it is very strenuous. The drinks and alcohol in the room are also set up with sensors one by one. The waiter also has to explain that if you take it out for more than a few minutes, you will have to charge money. Is this the layout of the Ritz-Carlton? ? ? The bathtub and shower area are not separated. They are together. Bad review. Breakfast: Breakfast is not self-service, but ordered. There are few choices and the price is amazing. Unexpected.
