Clean and comfortable. Big bathroom except additional wall hooks could be installed as currently there is only one wall hook. Finding it hard to hang two or more towels. Love the twin beds. A good spread of buffet breakfast. Location of hotel is walking less than five minutes to central city shopping mall and across is the i city theme park. Great service by hotel staffs. The cookies as welcome gift is a great hospitality touch.

Calm and serene place to stay. Large screen Tv with netflix (own account login) is a big plus for me. I had a good sleep as the mattress is not springy and noisy Took me short time to check in. 5 minutes into the room the front desk employee called us asking about the condition of the room. When turning on the tv, i had a welcoming message with my name spelled out on the screen. Little deeds like the above makes me feel appreciated and this is my first ever experience in my 30 years of hotel living life. Breakfast is superb. Tonnes of selections be it western or local delicacies. Waiter and waitress are very welcoming and attentive towards the guest needs. Ample open and free parking spaces opposite the main lobby. It would good if the hotel could build a covered walking path from the parking lot the lobby to help guest from getting wet during rainy day. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I love the vibes of this place! The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are wonderfully fluffy. If you’re staying in the club section, you have the option to enjoy breakfast either at the club or the resort, which is a nice touch. The hotel is great. We stayed in room 505. However, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The carpets have bits and pieces of crumbs, and behind the curtains there is some trash not fully cleared. The bed has strains of black hair, which does not belong to us (dyed hair). There were no towels available and only provided upon request. It seems though the room was cleaned in a rush. Mind you we checked in way late after 4 pm. Not all bad though, the breakfast makes up for all the complaints. Breakfast spread was good.
