Ascott Huai Hai Road Serviced Apartments boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to Xintiandi and the subway. The rooms are spacious and tidy. The 24-hour front desk service is very attentive, and there's a welcome amenity too. Thumbs up! 👍

The location is great and the environment is comfortable, making it very convenient to get around. The suite rooms are also very spacious. However, the soundproofing between floors is quite poor. On the second night, I could clearly hear people running around, yelling, and dragging tables and chairs upstairs. It felt like the ceiling was shaking from all the running around. The service is average; no one proactively greeted us when we came and went. The housekeeping staff, however, were much more enthusiastic and friendly.

My stay at the Ascott Senlan Shanghai was absolutely beyond my expectations. The apartment boasts an unparalleled location, surrounded by several parks, with a large green space right downstairs. Within a five-minute walk, there's a subway station, as well as two large shopping malls, Senlan Garden City and Senlan Commercial Plaza, making transportation, dining, and shopping incredibly convenient. The suite we booked was spacious and airy, and opening the window revealed a refreshing green view, which was very therapeutic. What truly impressed me was the service. From check-in guidance to coordinating requests, everything was meticulous and thoughtful, making us feel completely at ease. Especially Kobe, the Front Office Manager, who was both enthusiastic and professional, demonstrating thoughtfulness in every detail. I sincerely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience.
