Courtyard Hotels in Shanghai

Have free laundry service , bus provided to Disneyland and airport , it will be great if additional transport to the premium outlet which is so near to the airport but they dun provide. Nothing near except Disneyland which is another 5-10mins walk at drop off point by the hotel bus. Reception service was not very remarkable and 1 female staff was very pushy to ask us to take Disney tour guide ,however the bell boy maintain a tip top service thus 5 star for their service . Especially bell boy joy lu and ruoman yang ;they are proactive and helpful , friendly and attentive thus deserve 5 star service

We had a wonderful stay at the courtyard marriot xujiahui. A great location for access to line 1 (for the bund area) but also for line 11 for shanghai disneyland. The service was excellent and very clean. Would stay again next time we are in Shanghai

Fast and smooth service during check in/check out. Clean hotel and the staff there are very friendly and polite. I choose this hotel because of the location is near to NECC and also the metro station. Walking distance there is 15-20mins (if you walk fast 😅). I highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling for exhibition fair at NECC. Definately will come back here 😊

We as a couple did not like this hotel! Hotel is quite dated and the room design is inconvenient meaning the fire sprinkler is added as a last min installation, the shower on off knob is also very difficult to twist ( u need to use force), the placement of toilet door and shower screen door is also weird, the entire ”go green” concept by courtyard marriot is also crazy n doesn't make sense.... house keeping did not make up our room at all, tooth brush / toothpaste and tissues are all given upon check in???? i mean come on Marriot.... we r paying customers and we need to collect all this upon check in???? Don't use this lack of service under the pretext of Go Green!!! ur not exactly a cheap hotel to stay in u know??? The only thing we like is the free mineral water.... and thats it....

Hotel is Fine, breakfast is wonderful, but It is Smoke tolerant. Neverthrless the hotel says its Smoke free, It is not true. You Can Fell cigarrete Smoke on ALL hotel áreas, including inside the Room through hvac system. I complained , but staff did nothing. No fines to smokers, not even a request to stop smoking.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Breakfast was ample and delicious, despite not having any cheese and no omelette station. The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the zoo and the United Family Hospital. Would definitely stay again.

I came to Shanghai with my friends and stayed in the hotel. The experience was very good. The front desk was very enthusiastic. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable and spotless. The room lady greeted politely and was warm and down-to-earth. The breakfast was rich and varied. There are also shopping malls around, which is suitable for travelers. I will choose here again next time I travel.

Free parking is very convenient. The lobby has a nice fragrance. The front desk was very efficient and enthusiastic in checking in, and helped to upgrade the room. The room was clean and bright, and there was a warm handwritten message, which was very considerate. The gym on the second floor can be used 24 hours a day. Although it is small, it has everything. The key is that there are not many people and you can exercise as you like. The overall feeling is very good, and I will stay here next time.

The room is comfortable, clean and tidy, the service is very good, and it will provide diversified services according to customer needs. In addition to meeting various requirements, there will also be thoughtful customized services. The service team at the front desk and the service team in the restaurant are all great!

The hotel is nice and excellent location . There is shopping just across the street and metro less than 5 minutes. Rooms are comfortable , but they still using floor carpet which I don't like due to allergies . In my opinion they should think about it.
