Echarm properties in Shanghai

The room was pretty good, clean, and well-equipped. All the disposable amenities you could need were provided. However, this hotel claims to be the Hongqiao Railway Station branch, but it's actually quite far from the station. I dragged my luggage for 20 minutes! The roads around Hongqiao Railway Station are like a maze, and I was so frustrated trying to find my way. I couldn't find a bus stop, and a taxi ride would have cost over 30 yuan and involved a long detour. Originally, we had plans for the next day and intended to leave our luggage at the hotel and pick it up later, but I was so tired from the walk that I just didn't want to go back. I'd rather pay 80 yuan to store my luggage at the station.

This hotel offers good value for money and is within walking distance of Tilanqiao Metro Station. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are relatively new. There's also a self-service laundry room. Some of the basic room types have no windows or only interior windows, and there are pillars in the rooms. However, for this price point, it's already excellent.

The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff were very helpful and considerate. The robot delivery service was super convenient. The subway station is also very close by. All in all, it was great, and the customer service auntie was also very polite.

The hotel itself is clean and elegant, and the lobby is spotless and grand. There's an aroma diffuser in the lobby that smells amazing. The room had great natural light and ventilation, and the bed was soft and comfy. The toiletries were high quality. The staff were all warm and attentive; they even gave me a free room upgrade! Check-in and check-out were very efficient, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The soundproofing was decent, so I had a peaceful night's sleep. Excellent value for money. The robot delivery service was also really handy for getting things quickly. Seriously impressed! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Qingpu.
