Got upgraded to a smart superior king room; it was clean and spacious.
The location is quite convenient, within walking distance to Metro Line 6. After dinner, we could walk to the Huangpu River and take a ferry.
I've stayed at their hotels in Datong before and was very impressed. This stay felt just as welcoming.
There aren't many activities for kids. We checked in at night and missed the painted fan activity, which was no longer available after October 2nd. Given that the holiday was 8 days long, the young tourists surely had some expectations.

It's right next to Xuhui Park, making it convenient for commuting, but being on a main road makes it incredibly noisy.
We booked a king-size room on the second floor, with a busy main road just outside our window. Traffic churned non-stop from day to night. The walls and windows weren't soundproofed well, so lying in bed felt like the traffic was right next to my pillow. Without earplugs, I couldn't sleep at all.
The room was also quite small and the layout wasn't very logical. The air conditioning vents ran straight across the bed, leaving me facing the AC no matter how I slept. We stayed there in August, and the AC couldn't be turned off in the middle of summer, so I had to fold my pillow over myself to block the wind.
The breakfast was okay, mainly Chinese.

Trip type: Business class for 1 person
Location: 2nd floor of an office building very close to Exit 3 of the China Cultural Palace, but there are few external signs now, making it a bit hard to find.
Cleanliness: It seems to be newly built and is very clean, but the room is a bit enclosed.
Service: Pretty good, the front desk staff are very helpful.

This is a brand new hotel with a fantastic location and impressive overall design. The lobby is clean and bright, and the rooms are neat and spotless. There are plenty of dining options nearby, as well as a convenience store. The subway station is about 800 meters away, which is a bit of a walk. It can get warm walking there in summer, but it's not a deal-breaker. Guests can easily order a variety of takeout, delivered by robots, which is a nice touch for security and convenience. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and patient. Overall, it was an incredibly comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

This hotel experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, impeccably clean down to the last detail 🛏️. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom amenities were high-end, and the toiletries were all designer. The front desk lady was incredibly welcoming, proactively upgrading my room and thoughtfully preparing welcome fruit 🍉. The hotel is conveniently located, surrounded by delicious restaurants, the staff were incredibly responsive, and even the WiFi was incredibly stable 📶. This home-from-home feeling deserves a five-star rating!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by ChaoYu Wang王超宇. He went above and beyond to assist my parents by facilitating a quick room cleanup, allowing us to settle in much faster. His friendly demeanor and considerate approach made a significant difference, especially for my elderly parents.
Additionally, the hotel features beautiful Chinese-style decor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The elegant design and attention to detail truly enhance the overall experience. ChaoYu's attentiveness, combined with the stunning ambiance, made our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and charming aesthetic!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to the high-speed train station. However, guests with disabilities should note that the nearest entrance (Exit D) lacks escalators or elevators, so a taxi detour might be necessary.
The rooms were very clean, and the young lady at the front desk was incredibly cheerful and energetic. For a small additional fee, you can upgrade to a room with a balcony for some fresh air. Another pleasant surprise was that the hotel even offers late-night snacks.
A button came off my shirt, and I thought I'd ask the front desk if they happened to have a sewing kit. To my absolute surprise, the gentleman working there immediately handed me one! I was genuinely impressed!
The main entrance is fully automatic, which was incredibly thoughtful for someone like me juggling luggage and a wheelchair. The only minor drawback is that the accessible ramp is a bit of a detour from the main road entrance, a slight design flaw.
Inside the room, the high-tech 'Xiaodu Xiaodu' AI assistant was available to help, though it did require a fair bit of talking – quite a workout for the voice, haha. The showerhead offered a wonderfully powerful and refreshing spray. On the flip side, the automatic flushing toilet was a bit too eager; it would flush itself even if you were still seated, which could be quite startling and potentially disturb others in the room.
Overall, it offers excellent value for money, with complimentary bottled water and a host of other free services that were truly great.
