房間很大，很乾凈，大床房的床墊也特別厚特別軟，睡起來很舒服，酒店就在上師大對面，離學校很近，附近有常青夜市，吃飯什麼的也很方便

房間味道臭烘烘的，實在難以接受，每天沒人來打掃衞生，花灑噴頭上還有別人的毛髮，已經自行處理了；入住時別人用過洗髮水袋子還在牆角堆放着！地板看着臟兮兮的，邊角灰渣也是可見，蟲子還很多，住的人心情不好，下次不會住了！

非常差，店家不守信用！我是晚上8點多到的，定了特價大床房，老闆卻沒給我留房，説我定的便宜了，非讓我加60元，否則就讓我取消訂單。週末都住滿了，大晚上的讓我到哪去找房？第二天一早6點就要趕去考試，這個點哪有時間去找房？被迫無奈，衹好住到老闆安排的頂樓倉庫裏，屋裡一股味，熱水拖鞋毛巾燒水衞生紙全都沒有，衹有一個床，洗臉池也沒有，門鎖也沒有，無法鎖門，存在安全隱患。如此沒有信用的店不要去住。

隔音特別差，早晨九點前台在説什麼事情聲音特別大，太影響體驗了，如果沒有這個可以給他打三分，但影響我睡覺一下體驗就特別差。衞生總體來説一般能住沒有特別臟的地方，但是入住當天在房間裏看到一個蟲子，沒有拍照，廁所有股異味不算很臭就是聞到不舒服，不關廁所門整個房間都會問到。設施老舊，空調製熱基本沒什麼用，這幾天氣温幾度，開個制熱得開最大檔，最大風才勉強能用，wifi很慢，容易掉線，用數據流量也會一卡一卡的。馬桶，桌子感覺都是快壞的程度。最不能忍受的是床衹要一動就會響，聲音很大，睡覺稍微淺一點就會被吵醒。還有在房間看到一塊好評返現的牌子不知道哪個五星好評是不是都是刷出來的。總體來説，衹要在六十塊左右我覺得勉強能住，高於70我會覺得他一點都不值視頻錄取的時候，他們説話的聲音才小了一點，這個就是平時在房間正常會聽到的聲音，但早晨時候，有個年輕一點的幾乎是在喊着在説，然後是不是還敲桌什麼的，真的很影響體驗

空調製暖不力，以至於在室內須得穿和室外一樣多的衣服。門鎖是壞的，下午3點就水不熱無法洗澡了。如果老闆娘在，相信是能較好解決問題的，維修人員至少在態度上也是很不錯的。服務和安全這次一分都不應該給，是因為服務員是上海灘的孤品，説謊狡辯隨時隨地：跟客人打招呼不懂行規，老問客人包裏裝的是什麼並用手觸碰。門鎖壞不及時修，並説她自己晚上就是開着房門睡覺的。用假動作忽悠客人説門用力一關就鎖好了，掉包客人鑰匙，把客人鑰匙拿在手裡並忽悠客人把已掉包的鑰匙掛前台並説其他客人都這樣。直到退房時才問及水温情況，並詭辯是當天就修好了的，但客人是夜貓可以確定直到凌晨三點水都不熱。這樣的服務還要求客人做好人，當告訴她這種情況都可以要求至少退一天房費的，就沒聲了，她怎麼不做做好人替老闆娘承擔退費？
