I didn’t put full 5 stars because there is no sauna and the temperature at the swimming pool is very very cold. Other than that the staff and the place is great

Location not close to any metro station. The room is quite spacious. Breakfast food did not provide a lot of choices and was very mediocre. Staff and service were quite good.

Room is huge. Front desk and bell service is great. Location is convenient. Overall very impressive. Breakfast can be better though.

Xavier's service was really good , he was really helpful and very professional. This is really an unforgettable stay in Shanghai.
I have been traveling for 10 days in China. This is the best.
I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

Indigo is a nice color of the rainbow, the room is excellent with a huge bathroom. Service is good, only slight negative point is the breakfast could use some improvement

Great location for a quiet weekend staycation. Hotel doesn't feel crowded. Limited food choices though. Walking distance to metro station and railway station
