好多年沒來上海旅遊了，帶上家人到西安-上海-杭州幾個地方遊玩，但礙於70多歲的長者推薦不方便，都選擇距離火車站最近的地段住下，提前好幾天就訂票訂房間了。但火車站連鎖酒店的附近價格上漲很嚴重和滿房的現在，就衹好安排個旅店住下八吧！但商家很無理取鬧要求我退單給現金的方式，我要求玩完了晚上過來再辦理再説，因為各地火車站附近都很亂就怕特價訂房為了賣高價，藉著理由再説退單交現金抬高價不給入住了，有理説不清。結果到了跟圖片完全不一致，態度很惡劣，我表明提前打過電話確認的，結果給我是狹小的房間上下鋪，屋裡全是蚊子，廁所臟兮兮搞的一家三口沒洗漱沒脱衣服睡了一宿。旅店房主因為我們提前買的特價，沒有圖片的房間強烈要求讓我們退房，我説五一期間70多歲的長者不可能再折騰，你們不僅不願意受理平台上的訂單，還不提供圖片的房型，還要求我們退房去其他家，現在訂其他家價格漲了，上下鋪長者又上不去，衹能對付住了。除非旅店給我們找這個價格的酒店給我們住。聽説要給這個旅店差評，立馬發火要攆人，導致我們差點報警！為了明天趕車去杭州衹能忍氣吞聲住一宿。還要求我們45－66－75歲一家人口，一早出旅店小點聲別吵到別人。晚上8點多我們已經入睡。忍着這個臭氣熏天的旅館為了趕路，結果旅店走廊經常挺大個嗓門房主跟入住的人砍價，吵的我母親一宿沒睡好，被子潮濕渾身癢，半夜想去大馬路站着。旅遊實在太累，衹能勉為其難的等到天亮6點就趕緊離開！警察當晚來查消防和房間，我們為了忍住一宿一聲沒吭！
